Allow me to introduce you to "The Agnietta「The Holy Healer & The Cursed Dungeon」", an Indie H-Game project I happened to find:

A top-down action game the author describes as being similar to the classic Ys series. Pixel art action, with a portrait on the side (Think Violated Heroine or Wings of Roldea). What makes this game different from those games is that gameplay doesn't stop when you get grabbed by a monster: In most cases, you'll still be fighting off the other monsters while getting raped by one of them. You have to choose when to stop fighting, and focus on prying that monster off of you instead of swinging your staff around.
You are the titular healer (Not Agnietta) sent on a mission to purify a cursed dungeon. Sounds simple, right? Well, unfortunately for you, said dungeon contains leeches, tentacles, facehuggers, and waist-deep puddles of monster spunk, among other challenges in your path. Will you be able to complete your sacred duty with your virginity still intact?
Unfortunately, one of those challenges, at least for most of the people on this forum, is that 99% of the game is in Chinese. Worse still, it's in an engine that doesn't seem to have a lot of resources for translation (Pixel Game Maker MV). The current demo can be played without any language knowledge; most of the puzzles you encounter are the 'explore everywhere and pull all the levers' type. Side note: If you know anything about translating Pixel Game Maker MV games, send me a DM or something.
Controls:
Arrow keys - Movement
Space bar - Interact. This is also the button you mash to struggle.
Z - Basic magic attack. Can fire in 8 cardinal directions. Mainly useful as the only ranged attack. Has a small splash radius. Costs some MP.
C - Basic staff attack. Only in 4 cardinal directions, but has a fairly wide arc. Costs some Stamina. Most enemies can be stunlocked by spamming, as long as you have enough stamina, just watch your back.
Shift - Hold to sprint, which drains Stamina.
V - Crouch, which lets you move through tight tunnels, but you're unable to fight back without crawling back out and standing up first.
Tab - Change your magic selection. Your options are Healing, Magic Panties, and Magic Sword (learned in the dungeon). Magic Sword is a sweeping melee attack, while Magic Panties will cast a barrier on your panties, absorbing damage to prevent them from being destroyed. Only works if you're actually wearing panties, so remember to recast it when the spell breaks, before you lose them. All of these spells cost MP.
X - Use the spell you selected with Tab.
A - Drink a mana potion. The only other ways to restore MP are small magic pickups from breaking pots Legend of Zelda style, or orgasms (which you shouldn't be having, being a holy virgin and whatnot).
S - Repair your armor. These are consumables like potions, but unlike potions they take time and can be interrupted, so save this for when you're out of combat.
D - Drink a Sedative potion, reducing your orgasm bar so you can focus on the fight.
F - Now we're getting to the interesting part. Pressing F while being grabbed by a monster enters struggle mode so you can mash spacebar to get them off of you. Other monsters will keep attacking you whether you're struggling or not, so it's advised to fight off any nearby monsters with normal attacks before stopping to remove the ones that have grabbed you.
[] - The square bracket keys are used to target different parts of your own body to select which monster you will remove with F first. Different monsters will have different effects, depending on where you're grabbed. A monster on your legs might slow your movement speed, while a monster on your face will make it harder to see.
Esc - Menu: Has save and load.
