Mofu is never an antagonist, at worst severely misunderstood.

Well I see it going one of two ways: she's the shopkeeper/lab girl equivalent from the Hasumi games or she's the villain. Given this is more of a yo-kai focused game, I'm leaning towards the latter. If she really is a Kitsune, she's probably got the typical prankster/deceptive qualities that Kitsunes traditionally have, but if she's a shrine maiden, she's probably just a shopkeeper of sorts.

If i remember correctly, in the first hasumi game there was a H-scene if you interacted with a npc while in the bondage state, hopefully there's something similar with these npcs

Judging by how generic the villagers look I'll bet for scenes with them,restrained or not.

Also,maybe one of the female NPCs that was teased is the one that helps the main chara?,since they look more friendly and have an actual design.
