SIM [KISS] Custom Order Maid 3D2 + Modpack R4.10 [JAP version][VJ013971]

Yello again.

I've ran the COM3D2 DlC Checker and after checking the ( many ) missing DLC that's accumulated over time, i've seen on your cryptpad's DLC list that some will require some update since i'm currently running in 1550 ( i think ? that's what writen in the config.xlm ) with CMI 2.4.7
I'd like to make sure i don't end up breaking stuff ( especially considering it would take age to DL a "pure" version and rebuild everything from scratch ), so could you tell me if I can just patch the 2.7 from over my game and it will work or If I need to first fiddle some stuff before/after said patching to get it working ?
You can safely update to 2.7.0.
After that you'll have to update to 2.5.3 and then manually update translation plugin as instructed in post #663.
If by the time you read this CMI jumps to a higher version, then the i18nEx fix will probably be already included. See the changelog.
So basically repeat step 3 from the guide and after that update i18nEx. Updating CMI will remove any translation or extra plugins you had so you'll also have to update the eng translation and CMI difference module from the guide.

The 2.x.x line has active support so you shouldn't worry that much about breaking stuff.
*Hopefully* there won't be any more game breaking updates because this fork is supposed to be stable/legacy. COM3D2.5 is where major changes will happen and nobody supports that version. Minor errors are usually corrected in a matter of hours since confirmation.

The 2.6.0 and 2.6.1 downloads are down in the archive. Are they replaceable? Kinda don't want to go through the fuss of 2.7.0 when I'm just trying to get the game to work properly at all.

You still need to update CMI and redo step 3 regardless. Some plugins changed since 1.55 and won't work in 2.6.1 if you don't update CMI.
So you're better off with 2.7.0 anyway. There is no fuss

Oh wait. I don't even want ingame translations. I didn't know what that did. There's no actual point to me installing it, is there? Threw it in anyway.

Thank you for the help, by the way.

If you want to keep everything in japanese then switch system and subtitles language to Japanese only. Then you can safely update to 2.7.0, reinstall latest CMI, use whatever preset you see fit (I recommend Noctosul preset + NPRshader) and deselect i18nEx, XUnityAutotranslator, IMGUI TranslationLoader, PropMyItem, SmoothAnim. Everything else should be good. If you're using the modpack remember to delete [CMI] Uncensor.

I want to keep the UI in English because while I CAN read it, it's quicker to leave it in English. Like the scheduling and admin stuff. What would I select to leave everything but that untranslated?

I'm not sure to be honest. That's a weird combo you want.
UI translation is part text and part textures. So for the texture part you definitely need i18nEx. Which for whatever reason you don't want to bother to update it manually...
XUnity will autotranslate everything that is in japanese so you don't want that...
IMGUI handles plugin UI translation so that's optional.
For i18nEx you could delete everything that is in i18nEx\English\Script but keep the rest. Change system and subtitles language to English only from game menu. I18nEx by default reroutes all text to English textbox. So whatever is untranslated will remain in Japanese and where translation is found it will be replaced with English.
Better ask on discord for this one. I don't want to put you on a false lead.

Oh, no, I already did update it. That's what I meant by throwing it in anyway. And it's not a big deal to me either. Like if there's a solution I could find in ten seconds, I'd do it, but otherwise it's not worth putting more effort in. It's not a game breaking issue like the problem I first came here for.

Right... the first issue...
Did you reinstall the whole summer 2020 thing ? It's weird that you can't find DaytimeMain.ks in CM3D2. You have to run SAE from CM3D2 folder by the way if you want it to search in CM. And yes, SAE works like shit when typing but it gets the job done eventually.
If it can't find _marriage_0001.ks in COM3D2 then something is off. That would indicate that you are indeed missing critical dlc or maybe you installed dlc or updates wrong. You should never tick that checkbox in the updater, you know. It can downgrade files if you are not careful and cause all sorts of issues.
Most of these marriage events are in script_gp002.arc. That file hasn't changed since july 2020. Same date when summer 2020 was uploaded. If you are using that repack there's no way you could be missing it.

Yello.

Currently reinstalling CMI with the PDF help opened and there's something i'm not sure about :
In UNityInjectorPlugin => NPR Shading , there's a "lightweight config" option which I believe isn't mentionned in the PDF ( tried to CRTL F "light" , "weight" & "NPR" but no result regarding that. )
Any idea about what it might do ?

I believe that lightweight config is for potato computers.

Yello again.

I'm patching the DLC and i'm running on a weird thing in Costume Set 24 & 25's 7z : there's five folder inside it.
I suppose i should avoid the cm3d2, cm3d2cbl ( since i'm only running com3d2 ) and the cre ( which is for version 3.x unless i'm wrong ) , but which one from the com3d2 and the com3d2cbl should i use ?
I've CRTL+F "cbl" on both the CMI pdf and the instal cryptpad, but neither seems to have that info.

I believe that lightweight config is for potato computers.
....probably a good thing i've checked it, then

Yeah I just deleted the old install for BOTH versions of the game. I'm not sure what's going on, but the DLC that was supposed to be part of the summer 2020 edition still had to be reinstalled. I didn't tell the updater to replace any files I actually had, but it flagged certain files as just not existing. The none -> 1000 thing rather than 20700 -> whatever low version number the game was on in like 2018.

I did use SAE to check if the scripts were there as well. They do seem to be, but to actually test I'm probably going to start a new game, use maid fiddler to make a random maid have the necessary values for marriage and just see if the events trigger now. Then I'll leave that game to play normally, but I'm going to wait until later tonight to worry about that.

Uh, before really doing ANYTHING I got a bunch of warnings that scripts were missing regarding stuff like Poster Z and so on?

Is there some reason the log keeps saying I'm missing objects Poster A-Z?

Send full log. Idk what that is without context.
Maybe you had poster loader installed before and forgot to check it when you reinstalled CMI. It's just a wild guess.

I think you might be missing the TextureLoader.dll file inside your /Sybaris/UnityInjector folder. If that's the case, download the file from here [ ] and move the contents to their corresponding directories.

Sorry for the double post. I would like to know if there are any mods that would let us use a female character model as the MC. I know that XTMS plugin can do this, but are there any other options apart from that? To be more clear, what I am looking for is a body replacement mod similar to mbody CrystalBoy or mbody Macho - but with a female model and textures.

I only know of ancient mod. I never tested it so use with caution. It could cause issues if it overrides vanilla files. I took it from a pack that was called manAnime that I found on a ru site. Some sort of CM plugin that I never tried.
Backup your save file just in case.
If you can confirm that it works well and doesn't cause any issues I might consider including it in a future modpack release.
It definitely needs CM assets so you'll need to link COM to CM

Thanks, but it didn't work (tried it on both EN and JP versions). Only an empty placeholder is shown in place of the icons in the male edit section and selecting it doesn't seem to do anything. I'll keep fiddling with it though. Also, I am not getting the "switch to CM3D2" option in-game. The button is greyed out and shows the text "Not available". The linking process was done right and I could access all the CM3D2 personalities from COM3D2. Do you have any idea what the issue might be?

Does anyone have deleted mods from 通行人B ? In particular, I'm looking for his Okita mod. Thanks in advance.
