had to go back to the boss rooms, interact with the tree(7) and one of the big crystals (center one I think) in the temple(9). the mountain(3) I just had to go to the top it popped a dialogue. I remember there being one in the tower(10) as well but my memory is a little fuzzy on that. That's what I was stuck on for the longest, so I'm not sure if I had already done anything else beforehand to trigger it.
I also had some dialogue with the alchemist as Mikami but I'm not sure if that was important or not.

Also I cant seem to find these scenes. If anyone could point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated.

Ah would have preferred Loli Mikami doing the cucking. Steal a married man away from his wife or fucking him while she's just around the corner. Loli Mikami comes back after raising the rank up with a pregnant belly telling the guy he's the father which leads to dialogue involving the man contemplating leaving his wife for a slutty elf.

had to go back to the boss rooms, interact with the tree(7) and one of the big crystals (center one I think) in the temple(9). the mountain(3) I just had to go to the top it popped a dialogue. Quick note of advice for anyone wondering, you do not need to grind up indecency/income to unlock the Bandit Fort and Orc Cave areas. Just defeat the ape/monkey soldier boss on the plateau and go back to the capital and talk to Kairi (black haired lady in the library who's always drinking coffee) until you get a scene where Mikami talks to Amaryllis, then talk to her one more time. Actually, you might only need to talk to Kairi, I just happened to have already defeated the ape boss.
I was able to get the dialogue with her while only having 7k indecency/income. Also note defeating the bosses in these optional (?) areas appears to add a lot of indecency for some reason (I got 6k for defeating the ape boss), further eliminating the need to grind it up for later events. Note this could depend on game version of course.
