To my knowledge the only JSK game that's been delisted is the one he is currently remaking on Unity. All other titles are available on DLSite. No bundles or anything, just roughly ten bucks a pop.
Weird, I'm checking DLsite, link bellow, and only Shion and newer games are showing.

 
A bit of effort to search the JSK Ci-En page, but found the relevant pages. It seems some people missed the part about older games being discontinued because the effort required to update the older games to AIR wasn't worth the reward. No surprise, it was in a blog post dating from end-2020 and most people here don't obsessively go through the individual updates for each and every game.

First link confirms which is the oldest product from JSK still available to buy.
Second link explains why the older games are no longer available for purchase (DLsite automatically deletes them because Flash is no longer supported).




Summary: If you missed the opportunity to buy the entire set while it was still available, that's it. The repository might have available copies, but that's none of my concern.
Anyone still hell-bent on playing the older non-supported Flash games with no AIR are advised to download Adobe Flash Projector. Search the thread to find out how.

PSA over, won't surprise me if people ignore this anyway.

One thing strikes me as odd though, since flash was discontinued, why air wasn't. I mean, isn't air a packed/self contained format for flash apps?
As for the discontinued games, couldn't JSK code an AIR laucher with those releasing them as a JSK Collection/Classics/Whatever?
Sorry if my questions are unreasonable/stupid; I really want to know, although I'm aware the answer is, as you said, not worth the reward.

Flash can't be run in modern browsers anymore.

The average user is dumb as bricks. Asking them to run a game through flash projector is asking a lot. Also AIR has an issue where they "expire" after some time. I think it's safer to just move to a new engine where you don't have to worry about stability, and all the work you do won't just randomly get invalidated if a company just turns a toggle off.

It's not like he has to change his workflow all that much. Unity allows for flash imports so JSK can keep working on animations in Flash, import the flash animation into Unity, and then make some final edits inside of the Unity animation editor. Since Unity's framerate is naturally unlocked it interpolates between frames better than flash so animations are smoother in Unity than they would be in Flash anyways.

The hardest part about the move is coding everything...

Which I mean... he needs to delay the game cause of bugs, so it's pretty obvious he's struggling there.
But that's usually the point of the demon lord games.

Demon Lord comes out, and he has a foundation for his future games on a code level that should make future games easier to make. Next game is most likely gonna be an interrogation game.

Old news, other users who pore over the blog post comments already hinted a delay was likely. Only reason why he's bothered making a post is because he previously anticipated he would register the finalised version with the censors today.

Aww.. JSK comment on 24/11. More Bugs than excepted. Possible delayed date.
 
Yeow JSK registered announced in the blog it has been registered at 2am jpn time.
Now we await the release.
 
And in a day or two my SSI will hit. Great timing. I may actually flounder around with the raw for once until the translation is ready.

No shadows at all. No lighting at all, while the character has good shading and lighting.

It's also much brighter than the original that it was based off of. Most definitely my lest favorite aspect of where JSK is going as a developer.

Hopefully XUnity auto translator catches the text.

That tone of blue irritates my eyes in weird way, the color "jumps" around when I look at it. o_O
Especially when its next to bright color like red or yellow in that contrast.

I have really hard time looking at the sword and armlet, for example. 😖
Or the breastplate / leg plating.

The lighter tone of blue in the loincloth however, I like.

Her sword being red is a key aspect of her fighting style but it feels less red? All of her moves before started with the word Vermillion.
I think the blue has such a high contrast to make the red stand out more.

Maybe it's JPEG compression though. Can't be too critical until we see it in the final game.
 
Crap, I wasn't expecting the game to release so soon. I'm totally swamped with work. :(
Edit: Btw, I think someone posted a few more games on various websites again, the document is getting swamped with new users.

That was fast. Available to buy now for 1210 Yen. Censors must be used to his work and gave him the first available release window.

There's a demo available to help prospective buyers in case of technical mishaps.

Well if it's the background that's bugging you so much, I can put it on my working list.
I will be working on the guy's armor for now but can edit the background image too.
Just have to lower the brightness, play with hue & saturation & give in some effect for eerie vibe.
Can't say if others will prefer it or not. But the armor comes first.

As I feared, visual/color wise, Maou Sama R proved to be washed out compared to the original.
I wonder if sales for this one will be better. I mean, the original was the most sold JSK game until オヤジ狩り少女と超能力おじさん (oyaji kari shojo to chonoryoku ojisan) or "Man Hunter Yua" took its place. Still, even today, it holds proudly the position of 2nd. most sold JSK game on DLsite. I notable feat, if you ask me, given the amount of games released so far, as well as the fact that 打倒!大魔王様 (Datou! Dai Maou Sama) "Overthrow The Demon Queen" was the last game before JSK long hiatus.

Anyway, that's all and, again, sorry for another off topic rant.

Simply put, if I "undis-toad" (man, can I suck more?) right (I did not):
1. Shame/Rape/Insulting End.
Start Story Mode 2 and beat Maou.

2. Lewd End.
Start Story Mode 2 and beat Maou.
In Ero Scenes, Make Maou climax at least Twice.
During talk after Ero, pick Lewd choices.

3. Vassal/Accolite End.
Story Mode 3, Beat Maou the 1st. round then choose 「お前がまだ~」「言い訳の~」
In 2nd. round, keep choosing Vassal/Accolite related choices.
Ero is forbidden.
Beat Story Mode 3.

4. Make Love, Not War End.
Story Mode 3, Beat Maou the 1st. round then choose 「お前がまだ~」「言い訳の~」
In 2nd. round, refuse Vassal/Accolite related choices.
Ero is forbidden.
Keep total damage taken less than 2000 points. (as reference, the life bar has 1000 points)
Beat Story Mode 3.

That was certainly pretty random. But yeah... i think JSK is going for a double/nothing gamble. Trying to reboot his highest sale game but nothing seemed to have changed...

Now we can only hope for him to come back early after his break... his contents may be average but it's still my childhood H-game.
 
The Goddess / Priestess... i wonder will she become a battle etc in future.

Also, the next game is likely battle too unless JSK changes his mind.
