SIM [KISS] Custom Order Maid 3D2 + Modpack R4.10 [JAP version][VJ013971]

Hi, I am having troubles with installing the game. It runs normally but I don't have a console / translation.
Here's the steps I've followed :
-Install CM3D2 with LMMT
-Install COM3D2
-Link CM3D2 with COM3D2
-Update COM3D2 to 2.28.0
-Install all missing DLC (ran the game and it was fine)
-Install COM with Noctsoul's AIO preset
-Copy paste CMI Difference Module
-Copy paste English Translation
-Copy paste R4.7 Mod folder

As I said, it runs normally but I don't have a console, what did I miss ?

You make it sound like someone is forcing you to install it. It's completely optional. Think of it as a compatibility patch for downloaded character presets. You will eventually get into modding and you'll wish that you had it sooner. Until then you can skip it. It comes with a bunch of presets you might like.

So my game was running great and had no translation issues, but I wanted to add the unlock memories script from COM Modular installer which I didn't add during initial setup. after I've done this its basically reverted back to machine translating everything, what have I done wrong? (Selected Similar to noctsoul's AIO and added extra).

That's an older dlc which has been included in all repacks since 07.2020. I don't keep archives of anything older than that. I'm not the one who maintains that pad you mentioned. You'll have to search for the com3d2 thread on 4chan /h/ and beg for a replacement.
Your other option is to get it from this old

I was considering giving COM3D2.5 a try, KCES and all.. despite the warnings. I like some of its features, like the breast features but mainly the quality of life. I have over 600GB of free space and extreme patience, I can back up if needed. Can't mess up too much.. Well, no. I looked into it. Some of this has been already stated but I did this for my own sake to discourage myself from wasting my time, for those who are considering it, be aware it means all this (and maybe more).

- The body used in the new Kiss Character Edit System (newer version of CR Edit) is called High Poly Body. Only the default three maids + newly created maids can use High Poly Body. Extra Maids / NPCs cannot use this body.
- A handful of H-Events cannot be played (~35) due to various reasons; they include reasons such as the High Poly Body straight up not supporting positions or the scene containing maids that mix normal and high poly bodies (they only work if they all have the same body), or scenes containing maids wearing clothing for the normal body.
- Same thing applies for a handful of Yotogi skills, specifically Harem and Yuri. They only work if all maids use the same body type, no mixing.
- The following additional facilities introduced after COM3D2 base game as DLC or w/e are not compatible with the High Poly Body, therefore you cannot assign maids with this body to these facilities: Sea Cafe, Pool, Shrine, Pole Dance Stage, Ski Resort, Adventurer's Tavern and Spring Park.
- Costumes/clothing mods for the Normal Body (COM3D2 Body) are not compatible with High Poly Body, which means you realistically can't use the entirety of the R4.7 modpack, and pretty can't use many mods at all unless it's for HPB. This also means pain for a lot of DLC too I believe, unless it's X0 and up and specifically for 2.5.
- Some of the new features on KCES will not work or perfectly work with hairstyles from COM3D2, due to having different edit parts.
- As said, plugin support will be limited. You will miss out on a bunch of plugins, such as MTAccelerator, XTMasterSlave, VibeYourMaid, SmoothAnimation, etc. See CMI.
- No uncensor for the male body, or straight up for both? I'm not sure.
- Who knows what else

So yeah, not too sure about this. I'll just get the full 2.x.x experience going again with Ultimate 2022 version.

Nowhere in the master guide or the quick modpack checklist is the word nutaku mentioned or that custom maid ultimate is english version. There is a separate thread on different forum dedicated to eng version.
Read post #2 and the thread title.
The master guide has an entire chapter explaining how to get official translation and plugins working.

Hey there, I know this has been asked already (and I couldn't find it). When I downloaded the 2.21.0 update from the official site. It gives me this error. (attached below)

Some things about my current installation:

• I've had japanese locale for a long time now since I also grab some JP games.
• My COM3D2 has CMI installed in it.
• It's installed in an external hard drive (Created another backup in another one just in case the update breaks)

Should I redownload the 2022 Ultimate files again so I can update it properly?

I dont understand you, this is the ultimate version or not? What is COM3D2.5? I just want to play all the content with the dlcs... this is not my native la huage so i dont get your warnings.

Are you sure that you didn't download an update for eng version and want to apply it on jap version ?
Latest jap com update is 2.28. For eng it's 2.21.

I dont understand you, this is the ultimate version or not? What is COM3D2.5? I just want to play all the content with the dlcs... this is not my native la huage so i dont get your warnings.

COM3D2.5 = COM3D2 + X0 + KCES.
COM3D2 = standard COM version that everyone uses and this is what you should also use.
X0 = an expansion that added support for male high poly body. Mostly useless for standard COM3D2 but it does add some NTR in guest mode I think. That's the only use of X0 in standard COM.
KCES = Kiss Character Edit System. Formerly named CRES but once you add X0 it gets updated to KCES. It adds a new maid high poly body and a revamped maid edit mode. It runs as a separate app. Unless you have this installed you have absolutely no reason to "upgrade" COM3D2 to COM3D2.5. This is more like a downgrade because you will lose some plugin support and gain nothing in return.
Standard mods will work in both COM3D2 and COM3D2.5 as long as you equip them on the old maid body. When you switch to the new high poly body you won't be able to use any mods with it.
I won't go into more details.
COM3D2.5 = COM3D2 + bloat. And that is all you need to know.
Stay away from update version 3.x.x. Only use update 2.x.x.

Latest jap com update is 2.28. For eng it's 2.21.

Does anyone have the .nei files for Sun*Shine*Summer (Sweet Little Devil's karaoke version) and all the songs after? While I have their .csv translations, I need the .nei files that contains when the subsitles should appear, especially when I can't get teh fight folder name for Bookworm's mainly priority.

Except for the [CR Edit System Data Link]; [KCES + X0 Expansion Pack], and X1 packs.
I'm on 2.28.2 update and have no intention to install 2.5 version.
Can i still install those dlc's for 2.x version without breaking any stuff? I'm interested in ntr content, but i'd rather passit if it will mess up other mods.

CR data link is not needed.
X0 will only install some ntr stuff in guest mode for normal COM. You can pass if you want.
X1 adds honeymoon mode to normal COM. This one you should get.
If any of these were to break anyting I would have put warnings everywhere.
