Does anyone know where to obtain the Book on Speaking, an item to give to the Quiet Succubus in the town?

You can get it by giving globefish(むにフグ) to the NPC that sometimes appears at the Nekomata village bookstore.
Globefish can be caught on the Raspberry Plateau Coast.

I have one achievement left I have no idea how to get, it's the part-time job experience achievement. I feel like I've exhausted everyone's dialogue. Does anybody know how to get that particular one? Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance.

Guys, I need help. Apparently you need to befriend all enemies for true ending and I have no idea what I missed. Guide links are offline. I'm guessing it's this one spot since I had all events with that blue-haired girl etc. Can anyone tell me what is supposed to be here and where to find it??? (I befriended the Empress, Shandilla and Lust Reaper)

Very late reply, but Wentos in Discord actually answered this! Quoting their reply:

the Part-Time Experience achievement is started in Fess Town's Tool Shop and the delivery is for the DJ Succubus in front of Fess Tower Arena
I believe you can start this quest after Fess Tower 2F, or beating Otasa Succubus
