For those who haven't been following the development of this update (it's been a long time coming), here's a quick overview of what's new:
New area: Slime Pool - the catacombs now exits into either the Arachnea Nest or Slime Pool.
New enemies: Milk Marauder, Matango, Slime Maid, Slime Warrior, Slime Boss, Doppelgangers
New status effects: Futanari and Slime Infestation - the matango enemy can inflict the futanari status on your girls, changing most of their lewd animations! Girls can now be infested by and give birth to slimes!
More movesets added for different weapoon types! A huge, sweeping change to the gameplay that makes the different weapons feel more unique when used.
More weapons, spells and gear items added! The roguelike gameplay got a lot deeper with this update.
Loadout system! To go with the gameplay modifiers you can set on each run, you can now also select starting loadouts.
Arena mode! An optional gauntlet mode is now accessible from the extras menu.
Sextoy support added! For those that want to sync the game to their toys, the functionality is now built-in.
There's a bit more, like new modifiers and unlocks, but that's the important stuff.
Oh and an important note is that while you can transfer your system data (unlocks progress) you can't transfer your story save file (current run).

Update is definitely worth if you enjoy the game.
Although, the DLsite price is probably a little more fair - as much as I love the game. It's damn near perfect for me, but I can't convince someone to grab it for $20 or more ($15 is probably a perfect price for as much content it has).
Side question:
Does anyone know how to get the load-outs? I've unlocked everything I can from when you finish a run but I'm missing the 5th (bottom left) and 8th (last, bottom right) load outs.
I've apparently unlocked everything else except those and I'm losing it.

How to get the Toys?
I've unlocked the 8th one. I think you have to complete a run using the 7th loadout since that was when I unlocked the 8th one. That being said, I did have the perk that prevents gameovers + went full lewd with the curses, so that might play a factor as well.
I'm also looking for how to unlock the 5th loadout as well. Just tried a solo virgin run with sena, but that didn't unlock anything. I actually suspect I messed up at the end due to taking too much miasma dmg(was playing with 4th loadout, last part of games has you fighting your team, which is to say the special item on both of the other girls exploded and shot up my miasma meter to 70%...). Guess I'll try another run with a different loadout. Will report back later.
Edit: Nevermind, didn't work. The only other things that comes to mind are either that I have to play with some specific combination of blessings/curses(EG: no curses/no blessings or all blessings/all curses) or to let the shrine girl in the ruins progress to her last stage(Leaning on this being the unlock condition tbh).

Wait, she has dialogue progression!? I've tried to speak to her every time I see her... Maybe I'll try a few more runs to see if there's a trigger for it like you said (curses, blessings, miasma high or low, virginity, etc...)

Ok, so I unlocked it(the 5th loadout), but I'm not sure if I did so because of the shrine girl progression, or because I finished clearing the game with all the other loadouts. There's still more dialogue after getting it unlocked, so I can only assume she's (possibly)irrelevant here. Maybe she'll unlock one of the final 2 arenas? I've got almost everything unlocked, aside from those 2 things.
Edit: So I think I've looked at the shrine girls dialogue long enough(It just loops with some variation in dialogue/positioning + might have some love potions lying around). Didn't really unlock anything so that's kind of meh. Still looking for how to unlock the last 2 arenas btw...

I'm assuming the girls is still same three stock girls from the beginning of the game? That part is still the same?

Supports "adult toys" linkage
By using the open source project "Buttplug", we have achieved linkage with many adult toys whose operation can be controlled from the application.
Supported operations are vibration, rotation, and linear (piston), and you can freely assign devices to each erogenous zone damage, physical damage, etc. in the game.

Loadouts are either from the points you get unlocking (only a few) or from Completing all the other loadouts. The altar girl, Cate, has nothing to do with them or the arenas.
For the arenas, after unlocking the initial sets with points from completing runs (automatically done), you need to systematically complete all the other arenas already available to open the final ones.
That’s at least how it works on the Steam Version anyway (would be surprised if it wasn’t uniform across the board though.)
Only thing I’m missing is like 1-2 steam achievements, one of which is talk to Crazy Cate. Still haven’t figured out how to get that to unlock since apparently just talking to Cate at an altar doesn’t do that, and tossing a love potion at her also did nothing. Will post again if I ever figure that one out.
