SIM [KISS] Custom Order Maid 3D2 + Modpack R4.10 [JAP version][VJ013971]

I've managed to download and install properly everything related to vanilla game and the DLCs so far, and I've also upgraded to com3d2.5 + CR edit since I'm mostly interested in just removing censorship and translation (and CMI does the job for this version at the moment). And everything seems to work perfectly fine,
I'm genuinely grateful to the OP and this forum

However i don't have the link with CR edit and com3d2.5. and the associated buttons don't appear in com launcher or in game

about it, I should've encountered this dialog linkage window after either upgrading to com3d2.5 or installing CR edit, installing gp-03 DLC, and starting the game



But i read the guide only after i went through with the installation and probably missed the linkage part
now this window doesn't appear, reapplying [gp-03] or [+X0 with KissCharacter EditSystem] doesn't help, reapplying latest 3.46 update doesn't help either

So how can i link CR edit to com3d2.5 now?


update: I figured it, i needed to open update.cfg in com root folder and add the appropriate path to the "m_strCREditSystemPath=" variable
Now i just need to figure out how to set the English version of CR Edit

The only difference between eng and jap CR edit is the presence of product.arc in GameData. It's the same arc you can copy from eng COM3D2. With that arc present the launcher will display in english and you will be able to set language in the CR edit game settings.

Hey @inlolzwetrust do you know if there is a official way to get official pre made characters from COM3D2 developers from collabs like the maids from NEKOPARA and from other games or visual novel collabs??
and do you know how to fix presets that not load properly? some not load hair, clothes etc...

if presets don't load fully it means you are either missing dlc, didn't link to CM3D2 or don't have the required mods for them. You can use the preset analyzer from mods.meido.dev to check the requirements and the source for the required files if there's a record in the database for them.
Basically if you want better compatibility for downloaded presets you should use the modpack from op. It has most of the face and body parts you could need. It already contains all the nekopara presets I think. The costumes should be collab dlc (Dress188). I don't know about official made presets from other vn collabs. For all I know only official costume dlc collabs were distributed, not the presets. If presets exist they are not official but fan made. Others are heavily modded. As of lately most of the direct ports from other games are behind paywalls, passwords or locked communities.
See if there's anything you like in the modpack R4.10 then look for more. I haven't had much time to build more presets. I have a few in mind that I want to finish before the end of the year.

Thank you for the DLC links. I've been collecting all of DLCs' installer I can find.

I think the "Happy Future After Marriage Pack feat. Friendly and Naughty Lady" in the list should be named "feat. Friendly" only as it's missing the "Naughty Lady" part. The downloaded folder has the correct name though.

So in the list, when I try to install the Strong-Willed Personality Pack DLC, it seems to break Personality 10 (Evil and Mischievous), throwing an error when it is selected. I've found the way to fix it is to just redownload and having it reset files it's found different, but that requires strong willed to not be installed.

So I can't pinpoint what update to paths.arc, csv.arc, or script.arc causes it, but with the main download, it works fine. When adding DLC from the list post main download, at some point an update to those 3 seems to break Evil.

Cant say what exactly remains installed after doing it, but I made a backup of the trio of files above from the initial download, and just copied them back over after installing everything. Costumes packs seem to be working with no crashing, the only thing right now is it seems to be either/or on Evil and Strong willed. If I install strong willed without doing the backup restore, Evil stops working, but if I do the backup restore, Strong Willed disappears from the personality list, but Evil doesn't throw the error below.

when exactly does It throw that error? When you select an existing haraguro maid for events/yotogi? Or when you try to hire one? Or both?
I tried hiring both Strong and Haraguro for a quick test and they both seem to work fine on my end. I'm on the latest update. I always use the full updates not the sub ones if that makes any difference.

If it's not a wide spread issue it usually means that you are not on the latest version. If this is a fault with kiss scripts someone else probably already reported it and it usually gets fixed with the next update. This was probably already patched if I can't reproduce the issue.

In other news the translation pack was updated. Edit: reuploaded because I forgot to add the profile for Shitashimi.

I saw that the majority of DLCs are marked as COM3D2 Shop, while some are marked as COM3D2 Append. How does one know which category a DLC belong to (aside from checking the DLC list)?
