You can't install JAP dlc on ENG version. The installer won't even allow you to do that because of the different registry key (I think you can manually select the path though). Even though it is possible if you know what you are doing I strongly don't recommend force installing non compatible dlc. If a dlc is not already released for ENG version then wait for it.
That repack is not COM3D2.5. Only normal 2.0 components are installed on it.
DLC checker is useless for ENG version. ENG dlc are not bundled or named the same as their JAP counterparts. It looks for specific .arc file names that were distributed in JAP dlc.
Maid Cafe S3 is available for ENG version.
Maid Cafe NTR 01 & 02 are not yet available for ENG version
On the JAP version you can install everything that is missing from the 2024 repack if you have the patience to download and install them manually.

I had precisely that register error when installing , but fortunately i made a back of the whole game folder in case soemthing like this happened. Patience i have , even found all MOD installers, and wouldn't mind if it was only downloading the mods and running an installer. But anyway, ig i'll just wait another couple years like i did before and fortunately by that time all the mods will be in the lastest repack.

Mods? I think you mean dlc.
DLC are released weekly and ENG is catching up very fast to JAP version. If some major dlc was released today on JAP version it will also be available for ENG version in a couple of months.

Yes, i meant DLC, my bad.

Well, Season 3 came out in late november 2025 yet can't seem to find that version of the DLC anywhere (just a google search tho), only JP. As for the NTR, they were released pretty recently, so hopefully in a few months for eng.

Go back to the R10 torrent and read the description. Read the guide and scroll all the way down. I won't say more than this. Keep what you find to yourself.
ENG version shall not be discussed here.
 
I forgot to mention
-Translation pack was updated if anyone cares
The first half was a total mess. So at least 1/4 of it I had to manually correct because it contained a lot of gibberish after the translation. Quality for the rest of it is questionable because I'm not going to read through all that ntr shit. I read some of it through the lines and corrected what seemed really off. I'm talking about thousands of lines here.
For the second half at least I finally got the settings right to get the LLM stable so I won't have to spend days manually correcting the translation. At least that's that. I won't comment on the quality but at first sight they seem to be proper sentences that make sense. I manually processed a few lines again because the translation seemed too long compared to the original text length and that's usually a sign that the ai is delirious. Anyway, this machine translation won't matter because it will be replaced by official translation in a couple of months.

If anyone cares I have a rtx3060 6GB vram / 32GB ram
I now use vntl-llama3-8b-v2-imatrix Q4_K_M. It is small enough to be fully offloaded to vram and is fast and optimized for accuracy and quality.
Q8 is too much for my system and the difference in quality is negligible. Way slower and prone to more errors if you don't have 12GB vram to fully offload it.
context length 2048/8192.
GPU offload 30/32. I find it more stable than setting to max.
temperature 0.3 or less. I prefer to let it randomize a little so it won't give me exact literal translations that sometimes don't make much sense.
repeat penalty 1.0. This is very important. Even a slightly higher penalty will make it replace naturally occurring words that would normally repeat in a sentence, with odd gibberish from other languages that are added to the end of the translation. For example In my particular case half of the sentences always ended with "istrovstvi" sometimes followed by random strings of characters. It's very tedious to hunt down all the errors. Especially those that don't follow a pattern.

Sometimes older links may break for no reason on the MF server perhaps during automated backups. But this one works fine. Maybe try again later.
 
Translation pack is updated for Karen personality
The new personality can't be selected from the normal editor and I don't know if that's normal or not. It can only be accessed from the training mode editor. It kinda makes sense because this personality is supposed to grind stats from 0 and perhaps it can later be selected from the normal editor. I made sure to include the MaidStatus terms for her so it's not an error caused by translation.
Another thing I noticed was that VibeYourMaid plugin goes haywire when starting training mode and crashes the game. It likely needs to be updated for current game version.

Quick question: In the Schedule menu the Strong Willed personality maid can be only assign Yotogi task. Is this normal or I massed up somewhere?

It's a "situation character pack" so she's not like a normal personality. Probably even less content than an EX personality.

No and I don't think there will be any updated torrent for jp version any time soon unless one of the previous trusted uploaders decide to make another release, but I believe that they moved on with life.. For now your only option is to update manually. You can easily find the resources if you just follow the trail from the op guide. It will take some time to download 2 years worth of content but it's not that much really. 2022 to 2024 had much more content.
And no, I'm not the uploader of custom maid ultimate. Even though I have an updated COM3D2 I haven't touched the CM3D2 part in over 6 years so I can't upload a "ultimate" version. I'm not even sure if the previous uploaders even touched CM3D2 since the 2020 edition. I mean it's pointless to have 2 versions of the same dlc costume installed on two separate games and it just adds to the load time when linked. At this point I believe it would be nearly impossible to rebuild a clean CM3D2 version with just the needed components for a COM3D2 link. Those resources were probably lost years ago.
Frankly I'm waiting for them to launch the new game already and drop support for COM3D2 so we can make a definitive edition. But I don't think that will happen for at least another 2 years.
I believe that at this point the Eng version is the better choice if you just want COM3D2. It is better structured, easier to set up, no linking needed and it will at some point catch up with the Jap version. The exclusive Jap dlc costumes can be ported over as mods if you really need them.

No. I mean I have an updated version ready but I haven't uploaded it yet. I sorted out the technicalities for it but honestly you're not missing much. It's just a boring update with a bunch of parts you will probably never use and no significant must have mods were released for the past 2 years. I'm trying to find time to create another batch of presets but the translation project takes most of my free time I've allocated to maintaining this game.
