Hi again , i've been experimentign a bit with Eng repack and realized it contains 2.5/X1 DLC + Empire Maid Cafe (up to season 2). Tried installing S3 + NTR 1 and 2, but was told the JP DLC won't work in Eng repack. Tho the dlc checker somehow recongnizes it as installed.

Is this not possible for JP repack ?? All i want is to install the beach wedding with it's Netorase route , and Empire Maid Cafe with all 3 season and both NTR side stories.

You can't install JAP dlc on ENG version. The installer won't even allow you to do that because of the different registry key (I think you can manually select the path though). Even though it is possible if you know what you are doing I strongly don't recommend force installing non compatible dlc. If a dlc is not already released for ENG version then wait for it.
That repack is not COM3D2.5. Only normal 2.0 components are installed on it.
DLC checker is useless for ENG version. ENG dlc are not bundled or named the same as their JAP counterparts. It looks for specific .arc file names that were distributed in JAP dlc.
Maid Cafe S3 is available for ENG version.
Maid Cafe NTR 01 & 02 are not yet available for ENG version
On the JAP version you can install everything that is missing from the 2024 repack if you have the patience to download and install them manually.

I had precisely that register error when installing , but fortunately i made a back of the whole game folder in case soemthing like this happened. Patience i have , even found all MOD installers, and wouldn't mind if it was only downloading the mods and running an installer. But anyway, ig i'll just wait another couple years like i did before and fortunately by that time all the mods will be in the lastest repack.

Mods? I think you mean dlc.
DLC are released weekly and ENG is catching up very fast to JAP version. If some major dlc was released today on JAP version it will also be available for ENG version in a couple of months.

Yes, i meant DLC, my bad.

Well, Season 3 came out in late november 2025 yet can't seem to find that version of the DLC anywhere (just a google search tho), only JP. As for the NTR, they were released pretty recently, so hopefully in a few months for eng.

Go back to the R10 torrent and read the description. Read the guide and scroll all the way down. I won't say more than this. Keep what you find to yourself.
ENG version shall not be discussed here.

I forgot to mention
-Translation pack was updated if anyone cares
The first half was a total mess. So at least 1/4 of it I had to manually correct because it contained a lot of gibberish after the translation. Quality for the rest of it is questionable because I'm not going to read through all that ntr shit. I read some of it through the lines and corrected what seemed really off. I'm talking about thousands of lines here.
For the second half at least I finally got the settings right to get the LLM stable so I won't have to spend days manually correcting the translation. At least that's that. I won't comment on the quality but at first sight they seem to be proper sentences that make sense. I manually processed a few lines again because the translation seemed too long compared to the original text length and that's usually a sign that the ai is delirious. Anyway, this machine translation won't matter because it will be replaced by official translation in a couple of months.

If anyone cares I have a rtx3060 6GB vram / 32GB ram
I now use vntl-llama3-8b-v2-imatrix Q4_K_M. It is small enough to be fully offloaded to vram and is fast and optimized for accuracy and quality.
Q8 is too much for my system and the difference in quality is negligible. Way slower and prone to more errors if you don't have 12GB vram to fully offload it.
context length 2048/8192.
GPU offload 30/32. I find it more stable than setting to max.
temperature 0.3 or less. I prefer to let it randomize a little so it won't give me exact literal translations that sometimes don't make much sense.
repeat penalty 1.0. This is very important. Even a slightly higher penalty will make it replace naturally occurring words that would normally repeat in a sentence, with odd gibberish from other languages that are added to the end of the translation. For example In my particular case half of the sentences always ended with "istrovstvi" sometimes followed by random strings of characters. It's very tedious to hunt down all the errors. Especially those that don't follow a pattern.
