Here is my exsplanation. After being raped by the slime women Sekia went into depression and kept herself in Yoko's room. She was there all day and night and clung to Yoko. After a few days Yoko got her to leave the bedroom and to start accually doing things to help the inn, mostly dish washing and cleaning.
