Re: AWMBI - Discussion

Bingo. Rather than "the child is not responsible for the sins of the father", she'd come up with: "the child IS responsible for the sins of the father" 'unless proven otherwise'.
If Luna thought like that, why didn't she just kill the blue-eyed loli and find someone truly pure to be her avenging angel, hmm? So far, all I've really heard has been 'because she's crazy', worded several different ways :/

Re: AWMBI - Discussion

"Your sin, is your very existence!"
Something like that is actually more appropriate for her own justification of killing the child. Perhaps I'm simply not able to word it very well, but in short, Luna's character is designed to be heavily biased, especially when they have to do with her directly. A purposely flawed set of morals if you will, to mirror that of religious fanatics in real life. A sin committed against herself or someone she cares about is ten times worse than a sin committed against a stranger or a person she could care less about.

The above somewhat ties into why she didn't kill Fleur, but would kill (or rather, abort the baby if possible) a child forced upon her by a rapist. But in Fleur's case, it's more of the girl "proving she was worthy of living on" during their initial fight and encounter. Hence the "unless proven otherwise" clause.

Long story short, and without the mumbo jumbo, Luna's bat shit crazy, and has no logic behind any decision she makes, rendering your understanding of what she does, and why she does it, an impossible feat.

She 'is' is a "religious fanatic" after all. You think we understand what them extreme race supremacists, suicide bombers, and insane preachers think when they're riled up?

Actually, yeah, I think I understand most real-life religious fanatics fairly well. I could be wrong, but my theories seem to be pretty solid in the examples I've found...

Re: AWMBI - Discussion

Upon reading the Unpacking thread it seems that a certain rapist futa may just have a high risk of being attacked or getting her ear chewed out. If I was playing Tassadar's character I might just have Ashley pick up that tray of food and slam it down onto the futa, lol. A bit cruel but hey, she is a rapist. She kinda does deserve it. If my character had been in the situation Ashley was in then... Actually I don't even think the futa would of been able to defeat Iris. Iris is sort of a warrior. But if the futa had managed to rape Iris and the white haired girl had woke up in the prison like that then Iris more then likley would of tried to get even with the futa before forgiving her. Getting even would more then likely mean giving the woman a good punch to the face then getting an apology.

On another note, If Neo doesn't return then Iris will have to find a new love interest. David would work, I guess. He seems to not hate her.
Ashley's an angry bitch sometimes, but not really a cold blooded murderer. As far as she knows, the futas are still human, and she's not going to walk over and kill her, least of all with a bunch of other people not 20 feet away. However, if she got into a position that would let this particular one get killed, or the futa attacked her or her mother again, she wouldn't bat an eyelash at the idea of her ending up six feet under. That, and Ashleys strength is piddly, and she doesn't have a knife on her, so I don't think she'd win if she tried to kill the futa anyway.

You know what would be really interesting? If we all switched characters for a little bit.

Re: AWMBI - Discussion

I can't imagine how she'd be accepting though. I mean, the woman was extremely forward and considering she's already part of the prison, she should know better of being out when those thoughts could hit her. of course you don't know that, but I think if that happened, once finding out the order of the prison, (and hoping they're not ALL like the rapist) one would yell at their leader for the girls conduct. I mean, if it's girls from the prison that are going outside and raping people, it's entirely possible they forced it on selena and even were the ones who changed her.

I mean, that's no way to get members :( (no pun intended)

Not accepting, just not physically violent. If the futa tries to talk to her, she's going to be as openly hostile as possible without starting a fight.

I think we're gonna have to wait and see what the mom has to say. After all, it's possible Mom thumped some sense into the futa-woman, or it's possible futa-woman showed more restraint in sweet-talking Mom.

Or another group of satiated futas showed up and thumped sense into Ashley's rapist, then dragged the threesome off to the Prison. We don't have enough information yet.

It's good that Ashley's calm enough not to go immediately berserk. Now to see what Mom has to say.

Haha, I laughed hard after finding out what happened to the futa. A fucking frying pan to the noggin, ha.

Re: AWMBI - Discussion

Well, there ya go. Mom clobbered missus futa with a frying pan, and then some other... um, people?... showed up and talked her into going with them to the Prison.

Of course, that doesn't explain why Mom couldn't toss a pile of random clothing into a box and take them along, instead of wearing "rag-like" underwear after they got there. It's only the next day, after all; clothing doesn't wear out that easily.

I'm confused - are the things she's describing as "looked like aliens", the people who picked them up, or the monsters she saw while travelling?

The monsters seen while travelling.

As for the clothes, the prison people cut up clothes to make the rags, it leads to a longer supply, as one set of clothes can be turned into rags for about three people :)

BurntToast: Two bits of advice, which you can take as you will - as I prefer, with large grains of salt:

- Aya needs to talk more. The only person who can read her mind is the Goddess. Everybody else depends on her verbal cues. Yes, even Cassandra, despite her name.
- Take some time to review your previous posts, before posting the next. It'll help keep Aya's behaviour consistent from post to post.

Pish. There's - what? two hundred? - reasonably civilized survivors (as in, "wears clothes") running around a city originally populated in the tens of thousands. Why are they wasting time tearing up perfectly good clothes, when there's TONS around?

Re: AWMBI - Discussion

Joseph suddenly found himself unable to stand, and he placed his back against the wall, and slid down so that he was sitting against the wall. He was breathing heavily, and looked dazed, "I'm... I'm kinda tired... ah..." he said, looking sleepless, and submissive.
QUICK! SOMEONE RAPE HIM!
