"I see... and what are you doing here?" Claire asked her eccentric guest. She wasn't too good at sneaking past kindred, best to fight her way out, but even that hadn't gone according to plan so far tonight. Best bet was probly to just sit and sulk and get pissy.

As they enter, Fletch casts a quick look around. With a satisfied nod, he places a hand on Eve's shoulder and bends down to murmur in her ear. "I'll be waiting near the trash container round the back. Time for me to treat you like a piece of meat," he adds - before squarely slapping her on the ass.
"Don't just stand there," he growls, starting off the act. "Got get us a table."

Eve squeaks and spins around, staring up at him with a furious expression, her mirth given away by the gleeful look in her eyes. "You selfish dick! No! Not anymore, I refuse to go through this shit again with you! You never treat my like a person! We're through!" She reached up to slap him and stalked off towards the bar.

Fletch's jaw almost hits the floor as Eve slaps him. He lets her get some distance between each other before he snaps back. "Oh yeah? You're gonna come crawling back for this selfish dick in no time," he yells, grabbing his crotch. "You always do!" Flipping her off for added effect, he turns and stomps out of the bar.
Once outside, he quickly turns around the corner and takes his position next to the trash container, switching into "ninja mode" as soon as possible.

Keeping her snickers under control she sidled up the to bar and ordered an Amaretto Sour before putting her elbows on the bar, head in her hands, and pouting.

The blond girl keeps looking around the room as if looking for another way out, finally she stops slumping her shoulders a little before answering.

"I live here. Well, at least I have ever since the rest of my clan lost it, er lost it more than normal that is. I think I'm the only one still around these parts, or at least they're not communicating anymore."

The majority of the patrons in the bar don't seem to take much notice of the argument between the couple. A few of the single men in the crowd obviously take notice, but seem far to afraid of Fletch to think about interfering. The young bartender smiles at Eve as she sits down and orders.

"I hate to ask for an ID beautiful but the boss is here tonight if you know what I mean. So why is it all the pretty ones seem to date creeps?"

She smiled, "It's not a problem." she fished it out of her purse and held it for him to inspect. "And he wasn't an asshole when I met him. He's was a little dirty, and crude, but his heart was in the right place." she sighed. "I don't know what changed. But that's over with. I refuse to go back. And he won't come looking for me. The idiot will wait for me to come to him." She grinned. "Won't he be surprised when I don't show up back home tonight. I just have to figure out where I'm going to stay. Bastard drove away all of my friends."

The young man hands back the ID with a smile and makes her drink, responding as he hands it to her.

"Yeah I know the type of guy your talking about, dated a few myself. Look on the bright side though at least you got out before it was to late."

It doesn't take Ronny long to find the bog River was referring to outside of town. Pulling over behind some bushes he turns the car off and pops the trunk. After watching the road for a few minutes he finds some rope in the trunk and does his best to tie the spare tire to the body. After another quick look around he hefts the body up and carefully starts making his way toward the deeper part of the bog. Finding a good spot he lets the body go and watches it sink into the bog. Turning around he starts making his way back towards the car when he loses his footing and falls face first into the bog. After getting up out of the muck he stomps back to the car and mutters to himself.

"God da....on second thought maybe I shouldn't piss him off anymore than he already is."

He gets back in the car and turning on the engine, he stops and looks out towards the bog for a minute. Finally he genuflects and says a silent prayer in his head for the young man before heading back into town.

She raised an eyebrow, "Very true." She eyed the crowd with a small grin. "I wonder if any of the gentlemen in here would be willing to give a girl a couch to crash on." She looked the bartender up and down, wondering if he swung both ways. "What about you, hm? Do you like pretty girls as much as pretty boys?"

The young man blushes deeply as he answers.

"Ha, I never thought a pretty girl would ever get me to blush like this, now I almost wish I swung both ways....I'll tell you what though if you haven't found a place for the night by the time my shift ends in an hour, you can always crash on my couch for the night."

Just then a tall, dark, handsome gentlemen dressed in a very expensive looking suit at the end of the bar waves for the bartender to come over. the bartender smiles at Eve and says I'll be right back. Heading over he talks to the other guy for a second, looking back at you every once in a while. Finally the taller guy in the suit hands something to the young man, who makes his way back over to Eve with a smile.

"Looks like you may be in luck after all, beautiful. That gentleman just offered to pay for your drink, though if it doesn't work out the offer of a place to sleep still stands."

She winked at him, "I'll keep that in mind." She picked up her drink and strutted over to the suit, "You got a name, sugar? Oh and thanks for the drink." She held it to her lips, feigning a sip.

Claire ran a hand through her hair, scratching her nails harshly against her scalp. She could still feel the pain, but she was still tired.

"Which was your clan?" Claire finally asked the strange visitor, trying to ignore her thirst.

The tall, dark stranger smiles deeply as Eve sidles over, brushing some dust off his expensive looking suit he responds.

"The names Jameson, gorgeous and yours?"

The blond girl looks a little dumbfounded that Claire asks what clan she belongs to before answering.

"Malkavian, I would have thought that was obvious. You must be really new if you haven't at least heard about us. I'm guessing you're a Brujah, by the way you act, could be wrong though it's always hard to tell with the fresh ones."

Suddenly she perks up as if she hears something and starts biting her lip as if she's thinking.

Ronny arrives back in town and after dropping the car off, takes off on foot for the seedier section of town. Though he's not really sure why he chose that direction, he just feels like that would be the best way to go tonight.

"Eve." She smiled demurely. "Just... Eve. So what's a suit doing in this bar?" She raised an eyebrow and quirked a smile, while inside she was suspicious as hell. Men is suits don't some out to bars like this. She wondered if she should try to sense this guy's emotions, find out who and possibly what he is.

Malkavian. That made sense, why hadn't she thought of it before now. She brought a hand to her forehead and frowned.

"Gangrel actually," she said calmly, trying to listen, for anything outside the door. What was happening here?

Jameson keeps smiling as he takes a swig of his drink.

"Eve, that's a lovely name though it pales in comparison to it's owner. I'm not from around here so I just sort of picked a place to stop you see. I'm just up here to make a delivery for my bosses back in Boston. If you happen to know of a better place to go I'm all ears beautiful."

As Eve sit s there watching Jameson she gets the feeling that he's telling the truth. Though something about him isn't quite on the up and up, he reminds you of a gangster type. Smooth but kind of sleazy.

Eve, Claire, or whatever her name was currently stopped listening and still biting her lip answered the look on Claire's face.

"The Prince just arrived to see you. So now that escape is out of the question. I could still help you out if you want, you never know if having someone speak up for you can help after all."

She bowed her head slightly and looked up at him through her eyelashes and bangs, doing as best she could to turn on the allure without actually doing anything that might give away the Masquerade. "You flatter me, Jameson. Just what is it you do?"

Claire stood and moved back to her original chair, leaning back gently and starting at the door.

"Well, you can if you want to. I don't think anyone else will be stopping by to put in a good word for me," she said, wishing she had her jacket back. It smelt like dirt and she missed the scent.

Jameson got a devilish grin on his face as he answered Eve's question.

"Well let's just say I do "family" business, and it's probably best for you if you don't know too much about it. Not that I'm doing anything wrong mind you, it's just my family likes to keep it's little secrets if you know what I mean."

Claire/Eve moved over to the wall beside Claire so she could see the door and responded.

"You know I used to be really independent like you, It's good to stay that way for the most part. Especially in our society, still it never hurts to find at least someone you can depend on. Of course finding a kindred you can depend on isn't exactly easy."

She giggled. "I know exactly what you mean. She set her drink down on the table and gave him a rather frank and admiring look over. "How long do you expect to be in town?"
