With the sudden tenseness in the room, Sarah was quite sure that it wouldn't be a bad idea to be armed. Slowly, so as not to distress her new allies, she removed two guns from her carpet bag- a 9mm. police handgun, and a magnum revolver. Quietly, she stood there, looking for any threats, guns pointed to the floor.

As Roger turns to Chris to say something, he's interrupted by the glowing red pupils in his eyes, and only twists his mouth, and says, "Wow, how pretty." he scoffed slightly, at this point, not caring how many more bizarre things present itself, before remembering what he was going to say, "How often does this happen? I take it that having all the weird shit you've got here not being contain is a bad thing?" he asked, as he remained completely calm.

"No point in getting worked up, but it ain't like I'm not worried Bloody Mary's fuckin' tampon isn't gonna come kick my ass, right next to Arthur's "Cursed Sword of Evil," or whatever other weird shit they keep here."

"Well ain't that f'ing peachy", Dex murmurs as she slowly pivots around herself, looking out for anything that may come at her. By now the small Jetfire is in her hand. "You said nothing of mass destructive force, but is there something of destructive force in here?"

"Or anything we SHOULDN'T try to fill with bullets?" Sarah said simply, both guns now sweeping the dark wharehouse area.

"Yes there's stuff of destructive force in here, and uh .... If it starts flying at you then shoot, but try to make sure you hit it. And whatever you do, DON'T shoot the disco ball."



The point became moot a moment later when the power came back online, as well as the containment. Chris's eyes glowed for a few moments after, but then faded back to normal.


"Good work Sean, very good. Claudia find out what ...."


Claudia's voice came over the radio and cut him off. "Chris ... we didn't do anything yet, it just came back on by itself."



Chris was deathly silent after that, a stunned look of surprise on his face.

Roger raised an eyebrow at a large number of people around him, carrying very expensive, and powerful weapons, "... I guess I was the only one who didn't bring a thousand dollar gun." he said, before huffing a laugh.

Sean came past, carrying one of the bags like Chris had gotten earlier. "Was almost to the breaker when things came back on."

Dex snorts and holsters the Jetfire. "What, are you expecting me to show up unarmed to a more than obscure invitation in the middle of nowhere?"

Akira looks around at the assorted weaponary and sets down a shoulder bag, digs through the bag, and eventually pulls out a... toaster, "Uh... I may have brought the wrong bag... either way, I'm not a soldier, I don't even know how to use a gun. I really can't see why I belong here... maybe that woman made a mistake?"

(Heh, I knew that. Roger's just a little surprised to see someone carrying a magnum in a carpet bag. Besides, Roger's an extremely sarcastic, exaggerating person. )

Roger huffed again, and looked at the blond woman holstering her gun out of the corner of his eye. "... Then why'd you come at all?" he asked her, "If you thought you might've needed a gun, why didn't you just turn down the invitation?" Roger then looked away from her, keeping his hands in his pockets, "Nobody said you had to come..."

He then turned to the man who, as of now, he did not know the name of (And also doesn't know what he looks like, as Siphon didn't say what he looked like to Raptor and his fellow Role players ), "Either an introductory tour guide, or that Chris guy mentioned in the note, in any case..." he thought to himself, before speaking, "So, guy," he said to Chris, deciding to call him Guy, for now, "I can tell by the look on your face that something isn't right, and it'd be a bummer to have you tell me that I came here just to see some neat shit, and then die without warning. So, what's the plan?" he asked.

Chris looked at him and chuckled. "Ah yes, I should introduce myself. Chris MacLeod, welcome to Warehouse 13. As for the plan well, things are back to normal so business as usual. Probably just one of the circuit breakers threw a fit, this place is over two hundred years old after all."


Turning to Akira he adds, "well perhaps you were chosen because you aren't a soldier. What's your normal specialty ... wait, were you the one who was excellent with computers and electronics?"

Roger blinked, "... Is this guy serious? Just like that, and he's actin' like everything's fine? Tch, I hope someone's at least gonna check on what might have caused that... I've got a bad feeling about this..." he thought to himself, before nearly forgetting to show the same respect the man showed him by offering his name, "Yeah... I'm Roger... Roger Jacklin... But just call me RJ, that's what everyone calls me." he then looked away from Chris, at the various crates around him, feeling put on edge.

"They sparked up without power... Likely more magic shit... Is this whole place just a large compilation of weapons..? Just what the hell dd I agree to..." Roger sighed, "Well... It's not as bad as prison..." he said, mostly in an attempt to comfort himself.

By this point, Sean had vanished deeper into the warehouse. However, everyone in the group suddenly heard an "Oh, SHIT!" followed shortly by a radio call from Sean. "Nobody move! And try not to think of ANYTHING..."

Chris nodded. "Once I've shown you the rooms here you'll be staying in I'm going to check that breaker myself, it shouldn't have done that but ...."


He trails off at Sean's words, knowing immediately why. "Son of a bitch, that goddamn kettle is out again. I should just leave it in a vat of neutralizer."

Sean half-stalked, half-stormed past, looking around carefully. "We are putting the containment system on an independent system...Preferrably one with at least 8 back-ups."

Sarah sighed as one catastrophe led to another as she slid her weapons back. "Expensive? More like salvaged, and they're fraying at the barrels as is," she pointed out, then turned to thier guide. "Is it ALWAYS this tempremental around here? Stuff getting free all the time?"

Roger growled, his throat rumbling with distaste at the white haired man's shout. Roger folded his arms, and stood in place. "Are we fucking playing, 'Red light, Green Light,' now? Gimme a break..." he sighed.

Akira puts the toaster back into the bag while looking around, answering Chris, "Yes, I guess you could say that..." pausing stopping briefly at Roger's comment, "What is this red light green light game?"
