I apologize. I forgot you had to register to watch the videos on that site. Luckily, you don't have to type anything in Japanese. I'll try to walk you through it if you really want to register:
(Registration is easier than it looks. The process is actually pretty standard. I'm just typing out precise instructions because I assume you won't be able to read the Japanese.)
1. Go to the nico main page:
2. On the dark bar at the top of the page, toward the middle-right, click on the link that says ログイン (Log in).
3. It will ask for your username and password, which you obviously don't have yet. Click on the big yellow button underneath the log-in box to create a new account. (Note: The Blue button says ログイン (Log In). Don't click that.)
4. You'll get another screen asking if you want a normal or premium account. Click the light grey button to the right for a Normal (free) account. The Yellow button is for a premium account, which seems to cost 525 yen per month.
5. You will get a page that has Step 1, Step 2, Step 3 across the top. It has a box, where you have to type in a valid email address. (NOTE: after creating an account you will get emails from nicovideo from time to time. They don't send a lot; I've gotten maybe 10 emails in a year. Still, just giving fair warning.)
6. It will move on to Step 2. Fill in your account information. The options with a Star next to them can't be changed once the account is created. I'll explain each option:
6a. ニックネーム = "Nickname". Type in your desired username here.
6b. 性別 = "Sex". Click the Left radio button for Male (男性), the Right for Female(女性).
6c. 生年月日 = "Date of Birth". The drop down menus are Year, Month and Day.
6d. お住まいの地域 = This is basically asking where you live. Scroll down the drop down menu until you get to your country (for example USA, Canada, etc.)
6e. パスワード = "Password". You have to type it twice, once in each box given. It must be 8-16 alpha-numeric characters.
6f. 秘密の質問・答え = "Security Question". This is a little tricky. The first box has several questions in a drop down menu. I don't know what they all mean. I am pretty sure the first question is "What is your favorite food". The second question is "What is your least favorite food". I think the 4th question asks "what you Mother's name is". Anyway, pick one of the questions and type in your answer in the box below. (I would write this answer down somewhere so if you forget your password and they ask you the Japanese question to recover it, you remember what you said.)
7. Next you get a page displaying the information you typed in for confirmation. (If you made a mistake, you can go back on your browser and change it.) Then there's a long Terms of Use scroll down box below. If you want to try to translate all that be my guest. Finally, there's a picture with some letters in it; you have to type the same letters in the box to the right. (The little grey button under the box you type the answer in will change the picture if you can't read the letters.) Click the first Big grey button to move on to Step 3.
8. Finally, in Step 3 you get a screen that tells you that a confirmation email was sent. Open the email and click on the link provided to finish making your account.
9. If successful, you will get a screen welcoming you. It also has a User ID number ( あなたのユーザーIDは (number here) です), which you may want to record somewhere. The link below should take you to the main page, where you should already be logged in. If not, click on the Log In (ログイン) link like in the second step above and type in your Nickname and Password, and click the Blue ログイン (Log In) button.
10. You should be able to click on the link in my last post an watch the video now.
It's probably not worth going through all this just to watch one 12 second video. However, there are many other videos on that site, and Studio S does use the nicovideo site often to post videos and game previews, so it may be worth it in the long run.

Regarding the poll: Apparently the loli and/or shota fans are voting in force, because the ロリショタ (lolishota) option shot up like 80 votes in the last 4 days to reach 3rd place.
I'm still voting regularly, however. Dark skin girl is still hanging in there. Arachne or Lamia is starting to fall behind a bit but is still in the top 20.

StudioS has always had the best graphics when coming to their games, the violence in them never scares or disturbs me fully, altough it could be little unwanted at times.
this sequel looks pretty great and here´s hoping muscle makes it, hopefully we´ll have a nice tanned muscle amazon)
with the endine they used they could worked with it to make some sort of side scroller beat them up, recently nonkoi did something similar and their latest game treasure hunter worked quite well.

It's a little strange because witch is very low on the poll (only 15 votes). But I guess Magical Girl was very popular (121 votes), so they may have just combined the concepts. Or maybe Studio S just wanted to have a witch, poll be damned.
The screenshot shows the loli witch next to Berserker to show the relative size difference.
In any event, they are at least partially paying attention to the poll, so it still seems to be worthwhile to continue voting.

i gues its true that studios is mixing some of the polls, considering how many choices are well liked is possible to see some new characters being a mix from the polls.
heres hoping to see a muscle female wrestler, altough personally im more into for a muscle dark skin amazon.
i only hope they manage to a bit more of sex moves

I could not decipher most of the blog entry, but it does sound like they are thinking about a gambler character design next.

It looks like they only paid attention to the poll for one of the characters (the witch, who was made loli because of the poll at the time).
I like the thief character design.

Quick question, for super strip fighter 4 can you not implement the rape attacks in training or vs modes?
I've followed half a dozen control lists for this game, with detailed explanations on how to rape, but the match always ends right after they're stripped.

I'm not sure if any or all of the new character revealed so far will be in the new game, but I would guess yes. (No new characters are in the screenshots, though.) The screenshots show some promise, especially if they update some of the older character designs:

for the (real) new game, Battle Slave Fantasia Special Edition, is now up on the front page. Looking at the screenshots on the back, it looks like all the old characters return. There are at least 4 new female characters, 3 of which we have seen in previews already (witch, merchant, and thief). The 4th is a blond girl with a bunny ears (gambler?). There's also the new male monster character.
