Nurse Me! has an enema scene, one of the nurses gives the main character (another nurse) an enema and then later on she'd rushing to the toilet cos its about to come out and the toilet is out of order, she ends up collapsing on the floor and everything bursts out, shit and all.

I don't know if there's a name for it, but I kind of like it when a character has to do something while being groped or pleasured somehow that makes it hard for them to do it. Like in Kathy's Zelda CYOAS when Link had to run the equipment down to the lake while the slime was groping her, and then she had the clamps on her nipples.
