First, I'd like to apologize to JohnDoe. At first I thought you were a spam-bot retard, but now I find you're actually rather clever despite the spam.
Second, the fact that you can chose a tan, blond Tiki is fantastic in every way shape and form. I am glad I was notified of this.

Bah, computer crashed on me while I was nearly done with my post, wiping out my translation. Guess I'll have to do it again. Oh well.
Translation:

-Cross crusher (AKA

-Meat Catcher's projectile attack has been changed. (Maybe it's less predictable this time...)

The transition frames into Eggplant's normal finishing attack has now became a little weird.
(Since he's the first enemy character that I made, the data flow has been mixed up.)
[TN note: "Kiyara" is a mistranslation of "Character". Character was written as "Kyara" in the original katakana. Shitty translation software can't even read katakana properly. (No offence to the person who used it, I'm just blaming the software itself.]

I usually try to be nice, but misinformation is something that really ticks me off. Unless it's a well intentioned mistake, which it is not, since you neither made an effort to understand what you are reading, nor did you acknowledge your mistake when corrected by ecoISDP.

He's not suggesting that foreign IPs should be banned; rather, that the Japanese game-maker (Eluku) and Japanese players have every right to be pissed off at non-Japanese players due to this fiasco.
To select Ganguro Tiki, press the third kick button, which appears as "C" (normally unusable) under the keyboard config option.

It's not a matter of simply poll bots, it's adding to the already negative view some Japanese already have, and what's worse is the admittance that someone is doing it (see several posts above, also, don't forget, for many of them, reading english isn't that hard)
Basically, it's pre-existing beliefs about the foreign communities, as for some people, the sun-aegis incident is still very fresh and a few other incidents still make the english communities look bad.

if it were a reset, wouldn't I be able to vote again? Before this I used my computer and iPod on the same wifi network to cast one vote each. Now it acts as if I can't on either. When translated the message says one vote per 365 days. Before it was 12 minutes.

No they're focusing on the fact that some english communities have done bad shit. So that means that because of one person pissing in someones cornflakes, all english communities are treated with the same stigma, or stereotype.

Also, if Eluku says the vote count is resetted (in katakana English,no less), it is resetted regardless of how he does it or how you choose to define the word "reset."
AND, the "you can only vote once every 12 minutes" and it's updated variant, "you can only vote once every 365 days" messages only appear if you have already voted before. Or in other words, if you choose to spam votes by voting more than once. Those messages are also presented by fc2.com, the website responsible for handling the poll, and are hence not written by Eluku.
