Did the rep have anything at all written in it, or was it just not explained?

Because you can't give someone a blank negative rep, so if it's blank, you can be assured the intention was positive, even if their score didn't allow it.

Probably a klub member that no longer has the ability to put out rep.

Actually you keep the reputation from deleted threads/post.
It just shows up as N/A in your cp.

Oh and Hopeyouguess62, if it is a blank neutral rep then it was meant to be positive, apparently you cannot give a "negative" neutral rep that is blank.

Actually, you need 10 (pretty sure that's the number) posts to put out rep that's either positive or negative, untill then your reps are neutral. Case in point, I got a couple +reps from roy after the klub section was taken down but they were neutral because that's where almost all his posts were.

Are you sure? Cuz Justsomeguy only has 8 but that didn't stop I know! Funny neg reps are as good as +reps in my book! (Okay, well, almost as good.) -Justsomeguy

They used to have more though, that were taken away. Perhaps post count rep power can not be reset/lowered.

Don't often post here, mostly because my rep gets are usually fairly simple, but I got a thanks for posting the CISPA link, which I'm just glad I had, and a couple on my Vincent pic.

I would say you're pretty, or at least your eyes seem to complement your facial structure really well. It wasn't me though, since I hadn't noticed the picture until just now. That's also probably the strangest complement I've ever given someone.

Neutrals are reps that don't have power. They neither take away or give you rep. Oftentimes they're from newbies that don't have the power to give you any kind of rep.

So yeah, I wasn't aware that when I posted in the forums the notification in the shoutbox would show up in my chosen color. Which is what I assume this person is bitching about since yellow is far more offensive than Arial Black font.

Also, I would like the rep taken off. It doesn't have a damn thing to do with the content of my post. And they could have easily sent me a PM letting me know that my post notifications were yellow.

yellow isn't so bad on a darker background, but jesus combined with the normal background color it's like an unreadable eye-killing spell
