You can defeat her with 2 ways, first way using gnome and meditation and the second is using 2 point skill attack and now u should be able to use a new skill 9sp

yeah there are two fanmade ones one in english(made by RogueTranslator and wizard898) and one in japanese(made by プワゾン pixiv #1052032)
Uhhh.... Except for the doppleganger you fight in part -3- which is part of the story? There was a fanmade one? Now I'm confused!

i did not know their were 2 fan mades ones o.o
but ones enough for me lol out of all the monsters in the game she took me the most tries to beat

Doppleganger is a monster in the main game. in part three.
it happens after the current english patch ends though, so thats probably why you havn't seen it yet.

to get the "defeat doppelganger without striping her" achievement, summon gnome or undine and spam your normal attack don't bother with skills other then summoning and healing, other then the 9 sp one they don't work and that one will strip her.

tho this also came with the latest patch it existed way b4 that to play it you had to go into the monsterpedia and find the ??? at the end of part 2 (possibly part 3 now) and click on it and the story would start o.o
seriously when people say things w/o checking its annoying lol

It's in part 3 as well. After installing the English patch go to the extras menu and look for a little white dot at the bottom middle of the screen. It may not appear until you complete the requirements like in part 2, but I'm not sure on that part since I completed the requirements before the first patch was released.

as you have already been told, just because a doppleganger was made as a fan-made addon, doesn't mean there isn't one in the main game also.
and seen as i'm the one who first brought it up, I think i know which doppelgänger I'm talking about better than you do.
on a slightly diffrent note: the Doppleganger created by roguetranslator is unlocked by clearing the second chapter monsterpedia right? because i cleared that, have the achivement, but the ??? which is supposed to be unlocked by that is still greyed out.
perhaps its because i'm playing combined parts 1/2/3 instead of just part 2?
a shame.
