Whenever I save in this game, no matter how far I've progressed, it unlocks all the CG from the menu on the title screen. Is that normal? Kinda wish I didn't, but perhaps I'm alone in wanting to unlock everything through gameplay.
I'm using v1.11 as linked a few posts up.

When a Japanese Game was uncompressed on a windows without japanese support, there are some errors like that.
Have you installed Japanese unicode support in Windows ?

LOL, to think I asked for a save in RPG Maker Hentai thread, little did I know this was the actual name of the game, so yeah just started replaying it, missed 3 scenes, Etigoya dealed with that xD

Found this by accident but you can unlock all the scenes without a savegame.
Start a new game and talk to the psychic (or whatever she is called) that is in the inn right away. Pick the 2nd option to skip to the ending.
After the ending you'll get an option to unlock all the scenes.

I've gathered that you can increase your hidden "lechery" stat by working at the brothel, and can increase your "charm" by visiting the salon. I don't know whether they are use to trigger events, but you can view a descriptive summary of your charm level by using the "mirror" item.
Do all the jobs have H-scenes associated with them? If you've found one scene for a particular job, does it develop if you keep repeating it?
These are the jobs I've found, what am I missing?
Babysitting (Day only, leads to grope scene after a few attempts, later can engage in some shotacon, may require high lewdness and/or charm?)
Farming (Day only, after loads of tries you eventually fall in love with the farm hand, and can stay in his house for both a energy boost and an increase in lewdness, no visible h-scene though)
Maid work (Day only, leads to h-scene with the boss, may require high lewdness and/or charm?)
Prostitution (Night only, variery of scenes, she will start to enjoy them once her lewdness is high enough)
Test medicine at the item shop (Day only, aphrodisiac h-scene, multiple futanari h-scenes)
Work in the antique shop stock room (Day only, eventually you'll break a vase and be offered a chance to pay with your body)
Guild work:
Hunt the slimes (one-time, leads to H-scene)
Hunt the rats (repeatable)
Hunt the goblins (repeatable, requires more kills after several attempts)
There's are several houses I can't enter, do they become accessible later?
How do I acquire the "letter of introduction" for the high-class brothel?
Ways to recover energy:
10pts: Sleep for 1/2 day
25pts: Sleep for 1 day
30pts: Run out of energy, automatically sleep for 2 days
1pt: Eat 1gp meal at pub (once per day/night)
2pt: Eat 3gp meal at pub (once per day/night)
40pt: Drink 40gp potion from item shop (may lead to addiction? item shop also sells "addiction recovery" medicine for 100gp)

Even that freelance prostitute gives you a hint about how to access the VIP brothel when you talk with her...so just work a few times in the brothel until some guy(he has a very distinct name,but i forgot what it was,and he has kind of a purple hair) appears as the customer,but instead of having sex with you asks you if you want to work for him(for an up in sallary and security of course)...so he gives you a letter and directs you to a residential district(north area),and there you just go to the building with the heart sign,and talk with the guard inside...the rest is simple...note that the easy way to raise your charm beside visiting the salon is to spam the potion testing job in the apothecary(it has random effects every time,so just use some save scumming until it raises your charm...).Even with that method raising charm is slow(you need roughly 60-70 points of it to have max beauty),and you can raise it for only 2 points each day...
As for the scenes for the jobs you can have scenes during the maid job(requiress a lot of lewdness,since she has to offer herself to her boss),the babysitting job(eventually leads to sex with kids,also requiress your char to be a real slut),during the alchemist shop/apothecary job(one scene is a toy testing scene,and the other one is a futa transformation scene,the futa scene is repeatable and raises lewdness each time),about the farm job i'm not certain since i haven't tried it...so the conclusion is that you have to work a LOT of times in the same line of work to get an H event(or more),and yes the hidden lewdness stat influences most of the events...

I am currently playing through the tentacle brain washing game (dl link on previous page). This is what I have figured out so far.
1) Rape the farm girl on the bottom right of the map. You can avoid most of the humans by going around the lake on the right side of the inn. Once you have reached the farm, interact with the cow to make it mad. Run away and wait until it moves out of the way. Do not touch the cow or it's instant game over.
2) After raping the farm girl, talk to her once more to get a key. Use it to unlock the door above the grassy area, which leads to a warehouse. On the left is a ladder. Take it.
3) Go to the mansion at the top right corner of the map. Do not go inside. Instead, interact with the open window to use the ladder. Climb up and rape the sleeping girl.
4) Go outside of the room and go to the room with all the treasures. Do no go to the right most room. Go back to the girl and talk to her to summon the maid. Now rape the maid as well.
5) Talk to the maid to get the key to the treasure room. Now go next door and take the necklace.
6) Leave the mansion via the ladder. Now you need to get inside the church at the middle of the map. There's no easy way around it. Just dash in.
7) Rape the nun, then go to the top left door. The nun will let you in. Afterwards take the pink teddy bear.
8) Go to the house with the yellow roof (right of the church), look through the window to use the teddy bear. Rape everyone inside the house -_-
9) Talk to the mother and she will go to the inn.
10) Go to the left side of the inn to fine a hidden door. Go inside and rape the bartender.
11) You can now talk to the bartender to skip to night time. However, if you try to approach the sleeping female warrior she will wake up and kill you. I am stuck here.

For example, the one of your error is:
ハードＨ系ＢＧＭ
so just go to the game's BGM folder and rename one of the files there for this instead.
Now, the problem is that there is more than one file on each folder so you don't know which one is supposed to be the ハードＨ系ＢＧＭ one.
For solving this problem you can ask to someone, who has all the files with correct names, to kindly post here the length\size (I don't know how to say it in English) of each file here.
For example:
ハードＨ系ＢＧＭ - 1,63 mb
グチョグチョランダム - 1,15 mb
ぬちゅるぅッ１ - 162 kb
射精 - 132 kbs
etc...
This way you can know which file is which and just rename all of then.
If you can't get your computer to unzip these sound files the right way (like me, my computer supports japanese idiom but these files keep coming with strange names like "é-éié-éiæ¼éó"), you also can just rename the audio files, one by one.

I would like that too, I just kept seeing the names on the error messages and renamed some sounds that I thought it would fit the moment. But I've the same problem here, I don't know for sure which one is which.
