As the man lay tied up on the floor and the other stood against the wall, they both looked at Ama somewhat fearfully, even enthralled as they were.

Needless to say, both men got a lot more than they bargained for when they had decided to come to the brothel that day. When they left, they wouldn't remember what had happened, or why it hurt so much to sit down. They wouldn't even really know what they were doing at the guardhouse until they made their attempt on the Captain's life.

The two men left broken and exhausted, leaving Ama alone in the room. However standing at the door was Lucia, looking at Ama with a fair bit of concern. "That was...unpleasant to watch." Ama could sense that the other woman was nearby too, probably within ear shot but giving the two women some space.

Ama looked over at Lucia. She wasn't smiling returning to her usual form the succubus headed for the door and passed by Lucia. "We are both free now. Im sure your friend can hide you from the guards. I have my own things to take care of." Ama looked at the nun her heart still aching despite what she had done to drowned it out. "Good luck Lucia... I doubt we will cross paths again." With that Ama left the brothel after all she needed to get Clare, Amy and Jane out. Not to mention tell her priestesses that they needed to lay low for awhile and warn the followers in the slums.

6XP for her various activities to attempt to supplant the guard as well as for escaping from an Inquisitorial Remnant prison

Lucia stared at Ama open-mouthed as she passed her. "Wait, Salina...are you upset with me? What's the matter? Please...don't go...I'll miss you. I've actually come to think of you as a friend, so can you tell me what is bothering you? Please?" Lucia gave Ama some serious puppy dog eyes, but would not attempt to stop her if she left.

If she did leave she found it easy enough to warn her priestesses and she promised that they would spread the word in the slums, leaving her to return to her two concubines and adopted daughter at Claire's house.

When she got there she found both Claire and Jane lying on a couch together looking incredibly drained. "Ugghhh...sorry Ama...we were just having a good time when Amy drained us and took off. We were too weak to go after her....I'm sorry..."

Ama just wanted to leave but something made her hesitate. She was treating Lucia rather poorly. It wasn't the nuns fault after all it wasn't like they were and item. It was clear that Lucia and her lover had a long history together and that it was her pride causing friction. If she really did care for Lucia this was probably the best option. "Lucia you call me a friend a rare thing for a demon to have, but my..... fascination with you has nearly cost us both our lives. It is probably best if we part ways here. I do not wish to risk your life in my schemes. I owe at lest that much to you." Starting to move away she stopped once more. "Tell your lover that the inquisition is planning to usurp her. Most of their number is corrupt and working with the aliens."

Heading out Ama cared little that the head of the city was present. Though clearly if the woman wanted she could silence Ama maybe even destroy her. But at the moment she didn't really care. As she turned away a single tear ran down her cheek before the succubus flicked it away with her hand causing it to glitter briefly in the candle light before it was lost. Once home Ama frowned. Amy the poor girl she had to find her before something bad happened. Telling Claire and Jane what was going down Ama told them to make preparations. If anyone asked Claire was out of town visiting relatives leaving her shop in the hands of her employees. Jane her lover decided to go with her and that her house needed to look like it had been vacant for a few days at lest. What they were actually doing was heading to the farm for some charity from the widow and her two daughters. Meanwhile Ama would look for Amy taking to the sky if there was no moon.

"Salina...you have done much to protect me, and I will remember you fondly. If you ever need help, you know where to find me." Before she left, Ama caught a glimpse of what might have been tears welling up in Lucia's eyes as well before her lover came out and drew her back into the bedroom. Curiously, the governess of the city seemed more sad than anything, certainly not hostile to Ama even though she had no doubt that she knew Ama was a demon given the magic potential she had sensed from the woman.

It was a dark and cloudy night. There was a strong wind blowing in from the bay. It seemed as if a storm was coming. From her vantage point in the sky, Ama could see a number of guards rushing in one direction. She sensed a powerful and familiar spirit that way. It was Amy. Flying around to the scene, she saw a circle of guards around the fledgling demon. A few of them lay dead within the circle, their pants were down and they had clearly been sucked dry by her. There were roughly ten angry looking guards around her blocking her escape.

Ama's eyes narrowed how dear these fools accost her daughter. She would punish Amy later but for now Ama had to save her daughter. Black lighting crackled in her hands as she made a pass launching her attack to break up the circle around the young-ling. She could only afford to do this a few times and hope her daughter made her escape.

Ama uses Devils lighting X=5 to try and force and escape route for her daughter.

Black lightning attack rolls: 31, 28, 24 Hit, hit, miss
The guards were so focused on Amy that they never even saw the lightning coming, her first attack blasted down on a group of them, frying them inside their armor. Because the lightning was dark as night, none of the remaining guards were sure where it came from and were thrown into confusion. The next blast of lightning fried another two guards and Amy bolted for it. She weaved her way through the guards that were milling about, taking cover, and trying to figure out where the attacks were coming from. Another blast of black lightning made sure they kept their heads down as Ama and Amy fled the scene. From her vantage point in the sky it looked like the new demon was fleeing back towards Claire's house.

Swooping down next to Amy, Ama smiled at her. "Good girls listen to their mothers Amy. You where very naughty. Come now we must leave this place for now Aunt Claire and Aunt Jane will not be home. We must make a new home for a little bit. Landing next to her adopted offspring she would hug the young demoness before helping her calm down and leave the city in stealth.

Ama's sudden appearance appeared to scare Amy half to death, the girl almost jumped out of her skin as Ama came down next to her. She nodded her head at Ama, looking very ashamed of herself. She followed the demon out of the city, not saying a word the entire time. With a couple of cloaks, the two were able to slip out of the city almost unseen while the guards at the gate were distracted by a drunken rabble.

Outside of the gate Amy followed dejectedly behind Ama, eventually she mumbled, "I-I'm sorry mom...I just wanted to get out and explore and I..." There were tears in Amy's eyes. "I didn't mean to, I just got so caught up in everything..."

Ama smiled at her daughter before sitting down to rest. The expenditure of her powers has caused the girl a bit energy. Sitting down Ama patted a rock next to her. "I know Amy I know. I should have taken you out to see the city sooner. You are still grasping your new life and are not ready to be on your own. I didn't help matters. Whats important now is that your safe." Ama brought Amy into a hug and idle thought what the aftermath of the nights combat would entail. Hopefully Lucia wouldn't link the events and begin to think ill of her. After all she had to protect Amy. Looking her adopted daughter over once more Ama smiled. "Have you been practicing Amy? Have you learned how to change your shape?" It was perhaps her best survival skill and both would need it for some time. After all they needed several new personalities if they wanted to return to town for what ever reason.

"I...a little, I'm still not very good at it. I just...I want to go lay down somewhere. I just want to get over what happened. Where are we going to live now anyway?" Ama may not be an expert, but even though she had just fed more than enough to be 'full', Amy looked incredibly exhausted and depressed, the recent unfortunate outing having taken a severe toll on her. At the moment she was just leaning up against a tree, staring blankly at the ground.

Ama frowned and moved up to Amy and took her gently by the chin and forced her to look into her eyes. "Hey none of that now. Yes it was a bad situation but you are a good girl. My little girl. Don't worry I have a place for us to stay for a little while until things in the town calm down a little bit okay. But for now just come over here and rest." If Amy allowed Ama would lead her out of sight of the road and sit down pulling her in to rest on her lap placing the girls head on her breasts. Taking her wings Ama would cover her to keep her warm. As Amy rested Ama went over her next steps. She could stay at the widow's house for a day or two but that was only temporary at best. The Ruins Lev talked about would be her next step and she hoped Jane had grabbed her sword. She had been in such a rush she had forgotten it at Claire's. Still once Amy had rested Ama would help coax her into a less demonic form so they could visit the widow.

Amy nodded sadly before suddenly embracing Ama, letting herself be led off the road and allowed to rest for a few minutes before pair set off towards Ms. Cook's farmhouse.

When they got there, Miss Cook let them in and they were quickly welcomed with open arms. The widow had hot tea ready for everyone, and the group gathered in the comfortable living room, Amy sitting next to Ama and leaning a head on her shoulder. "So what are we going to do, my goddess?" Claire asked after presenting Ama with her enchanted sword. "Between the aliens and the inquisitors, the city is a real mess...and it's probably going to get a lot worse very soon." Everyone in the room looked very concerned with the developments in the city.

Miss Cook piped up at this point, "Well you all are welcome to stay here, we are a fair ways outside the city and no one, including the guard, has troubled us before. I'm sure this will be a safe place for you all to stay."

Ama smiled at Ellie the Widow was being very kind. "We are grateful Ellie, your such a sweet woman. Alas I do not want to bring to much trouble to your door. A day maybe two is all we ask. Not to mention it would be very crowded with all of us. Not that we wouldn't mind sharing beds." Ama gave a purvey smile but it was a little reserved. After all it was clear Amy had yet to master her urges and would be a danger to the mortals. Looking to Ellie Ama thought a moment. "Do you know of any farms or inns outside the city for sale?"

"Of course it's no trouble, goddess. You may stay as long as is mistress. Unfortunately I do not know of any places for sale off the top of my head. My daughters would be happy to help me find alternative accommodations for you tomorrow. There are inns and taverns along the road, but they are all doing well enough that I imagine you would need a pretty penny to buy them. I'm sure you could rent some rooms though if that's what you're after..." Ms. Cooks daughters nodded emphatically. "In the meantime, feel free to make yourselves comfortable, we have the two couches and enough beds that I'm sure everyone will have something to sleep on. Even if we have to, double up." She added this last bit with a wink.

Ama got up and kissed Ellie pulling her in close before parting. "Thank you so much." Smiling Ama took Amy by the hand. "Me and Amy need to discuss somethings I feel confident that you lovely ladies will have set up sleeping arrangements. Though as much as I want to spend a night with all of you me and Amy will sleep together tonight she needs her mothers comfort after a rough day." With that taken care of Ama would lead Amy outside and to a hidden location so they could practice some more shape-shifting. Once that was done they would call it a night before Ama would ask the sisters to take her to the largest inn outside the city.

"Of course go-...mistress, we'll get it taken care of so you and Amy can have a bed when we come back." Jane made sure to call Ama mistress, as Miss Cook did, not wanting to frighten their hosts since they had not yet truly become part of Ama's cult, faithful servants though they had been so far.

The shapeshifting training was a bit of a disaster, though not a complete failure. Amy was good at changing shape, she just couldn't really control what she changed. This resulted in numerous funny, if unlikely changes such as extra noses and ears, a tail coming out of her belly, and other things that really defeated the purpose of using shapeshifting to blend in. Still, at least it was practice. Amy tired after half an hour of training and they went in to find everyone else already asleep. Apparently they had all had stressful enough days that they had drifted off as soon as they closed their eyes. To Amy's delight she and Ama had a bed to themselves, the mothers. Ms. Cook slept with her daughters in another bed while Claire and Jane took the last bed. It was a comfortable night's sleep as Amy snuggled up to her adoptive mother, taking the position of little spoon and pressing her cute butt up against Ama. It wasn't entirely innocent, Ama could tell some of the times she rubbed it against her were playfully seductive, but the new demon fell asleep in minutes, and did nothing to further her advances.

The morning brought a pleasant breakfast from Ms. Cook who promptly sent them off with her daughters to the nearest inn, almost an hour's walk away from the city. The walk itself was uneventful and it brought them to the modest looking inn. Three floors including the ground floor where the tavern was, it seemed they did rather well for themselves if they could afford such a large building, though the tavern was rather empty, just two separate small groups of people and a few loners sitting throughout. There was one older man at the bar idly cleaning mugs, he seemed like he might own the place. The twins deferred to Ama's judgement of how to handle things, they really didn't know much about the inn, having never actually been inside before.

Ama held her daughter close snuggling close as the night passed. Unlike her child she didn't drift off immediately to sleep. Amy's lack of results where not from a lack of ability but a lack of focus. It was imperative that she learn to refine her control or she could get caught. Still an idea wormed its way into her mind and Ama would work on it in the morning. But first she had to punish her daughter for being such a perverted girl... or well maybe it was more of a reward. As the girl slept Ama grew her tail out and began to slowly slide into the younger succubus's wet snatch. She would tease the girl for awhile bringing her to the cusp of orgasm only to stop before starting again. Though eventually she would relent and bring Amy her peak before drifting off herself.

In the morning Ama would set a moment aside to tell Amy that Ms. Cook and her daughters where not to be fed on. That they where not ready. Jane and Claire could help her if she got hungry. She also told her daughter that until she masted her shape shifting should would not be able to go into the city, but not to worry once she was done she would teach her more after all her little girl was getting big and would have to fend for herself one day. With that done and a delicious breakfast finsihed Ama would head out with the girls waving goodbye to Jane, Claire, and Amy as well as Ms. Cook.

The inn she was directed to was nice though honestly for as big as it was it seemed rather empty. Ama gave the girls ten denari each and told them to enjoy themselves while she looked the place over. It was too bad she didn't have her priestesses with her they could have gotten things in the right frame of mind rather quickly. Either way Ama pulled up to the bar and waved at the tender. "Sir can you tell me why this place is so empty? Im looking to invest in a .. similar establishment but if this is how business is going to be then.. well you know what I mean.

Amy groaned and gently humped back against Ama's hip in her sleep. The groans got more and more frustrated and desperate as Ama continued to tease her before finally granting her release and a peaceful night's sleep. That morning her daughter seemed to understand what she said about Ms. Cook and her daughters, agreeing to not feed off of them unless Ama told her to.

Once they got to the inn, the girls' eyes widened as Ama gave them each the denarii and then they all ran off giggling, undoubtedly getting into trouble while Ama went to talk to the bartender. "Oh yea, it's been a a little empty as of late. What with them aliens, not as many travelers as there used to be. Though it's starting to pick up. That and I do get my share of traders between cities. It's also cheaper than living in the city so that's where I get some income too. But yea, business comes and goes, most of my patrons are adventurers, mercenaries, soldiers, and the like."

Ama nodded as she looked it over. "Ever think about selling it? Or are you attached?" It was an off hand remark and she doubted the old man was ready to sell not that if she really wanted it she couldn't have it, but that would inevitably cause trouble. After all she needed to keep as discrete as possible. "If not I might now how to bring in a little more business for you?
