Updating and bumbing this thread for VERY good reason!
Erotan would like to extend a sorry towards everyone, including here, about the DRM issue. So recently, with the latest 1.04 patch, he has removed all DRM from GIRL vs GIRL. If you where off put about the DRM before hand, but wanted to support him to make more games, now would be the time to show said support. He hopes to bridge better relationship's with you guys, and I can only do my best to extend that as much as possible on his behalf.

I think with most games, if someone is wanting to pirate something instead of buy it, they wouldn't have bought it in the first place. At least if they do pirate it first and like it, it gives the chance that they may want to support the developer. So DRM seems a little silly to me.
Buying these games right away can be risky with no quality control even with trials to test parts of the gameplay. I've seen plenty of games released on DLsite with gamebreaking bugs.

Again, erotan wanted to say sorry for the issues, and he hopes to perhaps do more stuff for both Japanese and English...Admittedly though he's right now hoping the English side see's enough to break even for the translation ( once it his ~200 sales, it's hit that mark. Thought they got over 3000 on Japanese DLsite, so they are doing OK. ).
Beleave me, I had many a talk on the subject matter with mo2 and erotan on this. In my mind, if the game is good, people WILL support it no matter what, so DRM is only hurting you more then helping...But, for them it was a sticky subject. They didn't like the idea of people cracking and breaking the hard work and effort into the game they made, and wished to protect that somehow, so they upped on DRM. Admittedly, that's chances are what PUSHED for such to happen, and they saw it ( They actually asked if there was a was to shut down that Russian site to stop spreading links. Of course because it's torrents, there isn't, and they where pretty heart broken by that. ), but I'm happy they at least saw the flaw in such, and desired to take it out to allow more people to enjoy it.

I'll say haha. 3125 sales in a month is doing okay (If all downloads are sales). Highest profit I've ever seen on DLsite in that time span with their pricetag of 1,995. If the profit is still around 12 dollars out of each sale, they've made nearly 40k (Edit: Rofl my bad, wrote one extra 0).

happy to hear they dropped the DRM I did that trick that was posted cause it was annoying to have to log to play a game like this anti-pirate but pointlessness annoyance for a buyer. its good to be in touch with developers like this, if you could a simply letting them know the ryona was fine but its pretty much agreed needed more H. I look forward to there next work.

Admittedly, Erotan was always 80% ryona and 20% sex, ( He's also responsible for Minotaur for MUGEN if that helps ) so that's just his style.
But he heard us out on the DRM aspect, maybe he'll hear us out on the sex parts too? Regardless I'll let him know of such. I know he's started work on a new game as well, it's under his 'Bronze' label, so I think it's going to be a freebe game?

Change through the backgrounds in gallery mode, it'll eventually show you the CGs.

As far as the balance of ryona vs sex content goes, I've exerted a fairly decent level of control over that using playstyle. Since you can choose multiples of traps you like in order to use them more frequently (like 3x aphrodasiac sprays, or the 2x sprays 1x UFO catcher I prefer) you can easily flood the playing field with one type of content or the other. Yeah your opponent can try to pop a spike on you but I haven't had a real problem with that yet. In one round Tron decided to go into the match with 3 UFO catchers in addition to the spring and electrical room trap. That was a pretty porny round - hardly anything left for the monsters.
While I don't think good enough to try expert mode, I usually don't have to bother with direct fighting so there's remarkably little blood unless the minotaur decides he's had enough sex for the moment and wants to redecorate the wallpaper instead.
On a different note: if there were some sort of twisted perverted Emmy awards for H-games, I'd like to nominate Girl vs Girl for best gallery. In a game where most the content is actually fairly accessible in normal gameplay (unlike some platformers) I much prefer to actually play the game to get the content. More fun if there's actually action leading up to the scenes. However the interface design, the thoroughness of the content, and especially the "commentary" of the gallery has me torn between the two.
The only thing missing from the gallery is the end of level dialogue between the two competing girls.

There's a button at the bottom of the selection menu after you pick the girl, you can hit it to change the BG around, keep doing such to then see the end game images and the like.

What button? Most of the buttons I pressed are either not responding or do the same action. Pressing the Trap buttons didnt work either. Still confused

Just popping in to say how much I really enjoyed this game. Easily worth the money and then some.
After you unlock all the monsters and get some of the more ecchi-focused items it becomes a giant, messy sex party. It's great.
