Hm everytime i try to boot the game i am getting an error that mentions audio/bgm folder along with some japanese characters
tried to run the game via jap locale and by changing the unicode to japanese but no luck either way
any ideas?

I didn't understand this part. Could you rephrase?

you only have 7 turn before that blue guy uses killer move and his attack pattern always same, so if you lose on the 1st try the 2nd try he will use the same attack pattern (example: if that guy use attack attack debuff debuff attack attack then killer move on 1st try he'll do the same on the 2nd try), i defeated him with all damage enhancing equipment equipped and using the sword 1st 2nd form, and spamming the 48 mp multiple hit skill

possibly need sword if equip it will neg status (forget from where, maybe quest), and before last boss, move back 2 or 3 area, go this way has hidden road to box for another item

this game got an update consisting new H scene, new dungeon, bug correction and stuff

　　「外伝」として新たに章を追加しました。

　　プレイされる方は終章の終盤までゲームを進行してくださると幸いです。
　　外伝プレイ中でも本編や残った依頼をこなすことも可能です。
　　Ｈシーンは１０以上（内容は前回記事を参照）、ボス、レア含む新規モンスター６体、
　　新キャラクター、新規ＢＧＭ等が追加されております。

・会話中のメッセージスキップ機能の追加
　　会話中、キーボードのデフォルトで「Ｓ」キーを押すと、会話がスキップされます。
　　設定を変更している方は確認をよろしくお願いします。

・戦闘に「自動戦闘」を追加
　　戦闘コマンドの中に「自動戦闘」が追加されます。自動戦闘を選択すると、
　　そのターンは自動で戦闘を行います。

以下その他
・終章７層後半の雑魚モンスター戦にて、トゥーリアと戦闘勝利後に強制的にＨシーンに
　突入する不具合の修正
・終章イベントにてマップのキャラクターの表示・非表示が上手く言ってない部分の修正
・その他細かいデータなどの修正

となります。

更新時に不具合が発生する可能性もありますので、
更新時はなるだけバックアップを取っておいて頂けるとよろしいかと思います。

またバグ等が出るような気がしてならないので、もし何か見つかりましたら
ご連絡いただけると幸いです。

※コメントで出されていた５章ラジールの回想未開放の不具合ですが
原因が未だつかめていません。なので、もし未開放状態のままだという方がいらっしゃいましたら
回想部屋の追憶部屋にて再度敗北し回収してくださると幸いです。

It's not recognizing or finding an audio file. I dont know how far it will get you, but you can try to dl the demo from dlsite, then rip all the music out of that and put it into your full game folder.
