It's like the previous Gold Rush event: a new one is added each day (though this event is much shorter than the previous one). In short, you can keep attempting this map until the event is over.

The bandits are from the premium summoning (they also get a 1.5 attack bonus for this event). The platinum unit reward is unknown.

Themis isn't a particularly good unit (she's basically a weaker version of Princess Lilia), so I doubt they're going to make you go through hell to obtain her. They used her as a reward when they started this game for players who could complete the main story quest "Royal Castle Recapture", I believe (speaking of which, have you completed this map yet?).

Not sure what map you're talking about. Only story map I haven't completed is the 60 charisma cost one "Demon of immortality". From the videos, pretty sure I at least need to CC Odette. I haven't even tried it yet, usually my curiosity gets the best of me but the videos for it are brutal.

Not sure what map you're talking about. Only story map I haven't completed is the 60 charisma cost one "Demon of immortality".

Royal Castle Recapture is the one where you meet the lich for the first time. It's technically the last story mission, while the rest are treated as post-game content.

Anyway, the platinum bandit Seria (she wears glasses) has an additional buff, where she has an increased chance of getting the gold, silver, and bronze fairies to drop during this event (same buff she had during the previous Gold Rush event).

Yeah I noticed that they kind of give you the weakest golds available. Range enhancement on Bella/Mad Fedora, Stray Hunter has an awesome skill but low attack for being male, Carry and her HP favor bonus, a princess with a defense skill buff, etc, etc. Julian is pretty cool if you somehow didn't get him the last few events he was thrown at us lol and the ninja will be a welcome addition to my team if I can get him.

I do certainly want Bella too even though she's just a puffed up Soma and of course Themis. Karma is OP in her own specialized way, but having a princess that actually can be on the battlefield for more than 10-15 seconds would be nice Her stats/favor bonuses are meh, but I like Themis anyways. It's hard not to compare the two though. Karma's stats makes everybody look bad.

Hm, tentative data suggests that this event might be next to impossible to grab all of the gold units without investing heavily in sacred crystals (or using Seria).

Without Seria (based on 131 runs):
Gold: 3%
Silver: 16.8%
Bronze: 64.9%

With Seria (based on 14 runs):
Gold: 7%
Silver: 7%
Bronze: 92%

If the later maps don't have a better drop rate, then it's almost a 1 out of 33 chance to get a gold fairy. With 12 runs per 24-hour day, and 6 per sacred crystal, the best course of action is probably to do a premium summon and hope you get Seria, rather than spend them to restore your stamina.

With that said, I'm not going to bother trying to perfect this event unless the revealed platinum unit is something like Bassila, or someone that appeals to similar aesthetics, like Kitsune Shiho (an example of wasted potential):

This event is total shit. I've done the new stage 4 times, 3 starring each time and have gotten 0 drops. Screw this event. I'm just going to 3 star each one and be done. How boring and annoying.

Gold male unit are feeds, done. Gold female units after CC are also good feeds/skill boost. Yup, that's all I am going to use them for.

Especially considering how low the difficulty on this event is :/

Yeah maps have been relatively easy as long as you know what's coming, but it is just the start after all. I think they're meant to only been low/averageish difficulty so they can be farmed easily.

4 runs on the 2nd map and all I got each time was flowers Blub.

Yay, I got my very first Calliope drop (tentative 16.7% drop rate).

If I don't get the bloody gold fairy, I'm going to stick to this map, since I'm going to need at least 11 extra copies of Calliope to do the Great Magical War quest (3 as a base, 3 to class-change, and 6 to cost-reduce each one so their total cost is 33).

Grats and goodluck everybody with drops. The event maps may not be too difficult, but it sure seems like the drop chances are.

Wait so you can drop the gold unit more than once?

Also tried the new event map with the poison, also got just flowers in 5 runs, nothing else.

Maybe they'll see it is a bug and fix it, or they aim for people to use crystals to get the unit.

Calliope is a silver witch. The completion bonus is the Gold Healer Fedora (I already have a copy of her, so I don't know if I want to create a super Fedora, or use both of them to turn Warlock Mehlis into a super artillery cannon in the event I get the completion bonus for this map).

Joking aside, I am going to take Aria out and see if the drop rate improves, after-all aegis always did screw up any new implementation at least once.
My guess was, instead of having Aria in party and improving the drop rate of gold fairy by 6%, it decreases the drop rate by 6% instead.

Finally got my witch from the 2nd map on my 10th run I think, still no gold fairy so no completion gold unit. Just having more witches is awesome though considering I need like 5 to CC my black witch, plat witch, Odette, and at least one of my silver witches. I don't mind farming here a while.

Hah, ran 14, got flowers and 1 gold fairy Still waiting for Caliope to show up... In the last event it took 30 runs before Soma dropped so maybe silvers just hate me _^_

I think they are fixed or something, I swear this is the exact drop list for me this morning, even down to 5th run being a gold fairy then last run a calliope...
