Yes, the stats are better if you reach their max level before you class-change. To find out how much better a unit is, calculate their growth rate, and then add the necessary levels. For example, I class-changed Dolka at lvl 30, and she has around 26AT less than if I were to class-change her at level 50. The difference might seem trivial, but the people who made this game balanced things so those numbers add up enough to make it so a unit might be able to take just one more hit, or kill certain enemies in one less shot if you CC them at lvl 50 instead of 30 or whatever. Is better to reach the max lvl of a unit before of the class change or just reach the required lvl?
I want to know if this way their stats are better XD
and the cost reduction of the unit is maintained?
any advice is appreciated![]()

Cost-reduction is kept after a class-change. If the unit's new class uses the exact same skill, the level of the skill is also kept.
Miko Shiho is different from Echinda in that her class as a shaman can class-change (her regular attack is like a witch, and she can switch to a healer role). As a high shaman, she has a range of 220, so she can reach further than a lord witch (210). Though, I'm not quite sure that extra range would make her more useful than the platinum or black lord witches, since those units can increase their attack by 1.4 for 40 seconds.I'm not sure I like the new girl. Out of all my event girls and plat/black units, the one I find myself benching the most is Echidna, so a similar type again...not sure if I want them. It's usually like their high cost and low range make them less useful than just putting out a healer or mage or witch or whatever and switching them when needed.
According to the game, they'reThose cyclops hit so hard, you need her to tank them.
You can get a Valerie in the 3rd event mission.
