wow where the hell you get all the gold to CC 6 unit, or are you perhaps getting 6++ plat on last monday? did you CC them at 50?

Only got two Platinum Armours last week, yes all CC50, I just try to be cost-efficient with my unit leveling (irons till 30, 1 fairy+3 bronzes till 50) and I sell extra irons I get, still sitting on a comfortable 65k right now and Monday's coming up.

I feel your pain, probably more then most, but that's cause I spent over 550$ before I ever even saw a black. (Tax returns are good )
I can attest to the "streaks" I mentioned early for a reason needless to say.

Goodness gracious, 550$'s worth of crystals to get a Black? That's horrible, I'm so sorry to hear that.

Well, i spent my last 100k in a futile attempt to roll a witch from the base summon. Ended up with 2xDorca, Soma and Cecily. Not great, but not bad.

Leveling to 50 is not that expensive if you use 2xhighlvl bronze+2x fairys. You can also feed on silver bandit+3 fairys for 2,4k xp, since they are kinda useless (and common). I got 5ccd and 2 lvl50s atm, and i only got 2 plat armors last monday.

haha I guess it is my mistake to farm the ruby from higher lvl challenge quest and got many gold fairy which is not useful since most of my team is silver.... should stick to low cost battle for the silver fairy from now

Now that I have a golden mage and will have another soon, is it even worth it to CC Valerie, or should I just focus on Beards of Awesome and keep cost-reduced bronze Roy as early response?

Power lies in the beards.

I'm not sure if it's worth buying Blackbeard if you already have Whitebeard though, it's pretty annoying to max a male unit's Trust and, if it were me, I'd probably just wait for the female mages and save up for Chydis.

The oddity was it streaked fairly close together to get both of the 2 blacks I got (Thief Berna 1st on a 3crystal roll, and then Princess Sybilla on a subsequent 5crystal (only 3or5 rolls between them).

But cost wise I've got a lot to show for the purchases (Level 51 gold princess fully cost reduced + another level 50 of her).

Though I have made some dumb mistakes with the account, but thanks to this forum there are other mistakes I didn't make and wont make repeated mistakes because of the discussion here.

Though to just add a comment to the game discussion, I've found at least for now there are certain classes that can be CC'ed prior to 50, and for me I found it more helpful then trying to get them up to 50 first. Witches, Healers, and Archers (archers more then others). Due to the needed range all 3 of those needed, I CC'ed mine early. It makes a big difference on several maps. Will it cost me later, probably but it made so many maps so much easier. So for those struggling it's an option depending on how much patients you got.
YMMV.

By the time you're comfortable, the early ccd characters you have will be replaced anyways :3

There are some that take precedence over the princess (at least one archer for example), but she can really save your bacon by leveling her up a bit. Since she can't currently be CC'ed, all she has is her levels/affection.

If you got some extra units and coin, do try to get her to at least level 30 when you get a chance, as she is a beast on any Armors you come across.

For me I am not a big fan of CC'ing Solider classes right away, mainly due to the cost increase that CC'ing is going to incur, which can make some maps more difficult to accomplish. I do agree that leveling them up is very important though, they cant call reinforcements if they die.

If you get to Dragon Hunting gold is in fair decent supply - 5.4k a run with the shop buff. I just find getting the units to combine them the problem as recently i seem to always get 0-2 a drop...

4050 (with buff) from Remnant Vanquished 3 is also decent, if you start running low on charisma (7 less then dragon). It's not a map you can afk in until you get all your units out though.

Looked for this question in the FAQ but couldn't find an answer:

How high to you level your irons and bronze units before you use them as feeders?

Also are you using your iron and bronze fairies when doing this or do you want to save them for the actual unit you are trying to level and feed?

And, please correct me - but it sounds like I should save all silver fairies for the purpose of CC when I get a unit to lv 50/50?
