I ran malwarebyte, checked for malware, synced internet time, cleared internet caches on multiple browsers, ran something with command prompt to clear temp files, used CCleaner to clear temp files, cleared cookies, and I still can't get into the game. This is the first time I'm trying to play the game so i doubt a system restore will do anything for me (plus I don't have a recent one to use). This has been going on for a few days and trying to get support from the nutaku website has given me no response so far. Other games work on that website so I wouldn't think that its a firewall issue. Anybody have any other suggestions on what to try to get rid of the server error number 400?
Just to say you tried it, disable your firewall and AV and try to login and play again. At least at that point you have removed the possibility that it is anything on your end that is dropping the connection, as that is what a 400 connection error is. As to a firewall issue, that is likely on the server side, but this is just in case. If a firewall rule is incorrectly configured on the web server this error can occur. It can also occur if SQL queries are being ran after authentication (DB corruption is possible and error in loading though the error doesn't match what you are seeing), but I wouldn't be able to troubleshoot that further as I'd have to have access to Nutaku's servers to verify that.

My first black is a thief, which like bandits, my account seems to get an uncommonly large amount of. 3rd black was also her, and thus the sacing began. She's far from the only thief that has met a grisly end, most have.

I've got Betty, Cuterie, and Harissa all Max CR'ed of the 3 I kept. The only thief I actually wanted, was Betty, and the amount I got was just out right annoying, so they all went bye-bye. Least they served the greater purpose.

I checked to make sure my computer is updated (using win7), tried disabling firewalls and antivirus, and checked malwarebytes and saw that rootkits were being scanned for. I tried using task manager to check if there were any programs which could interfere with the the game, but everything is basic default processes. Restarted my computer just to be safe, but the game still will not work. I think I'm just going to give up at this point unless I get any feedback from the game website. This game is just too much of a hassle to try to play.
When I put in a support ticket awhile back for a different issue, I never actually got anything from the web site under the open tickets section, but I did get emails from them over the issue. Not sure if at the time it just wasn't finished or not, but you're more likely to get a response from email before you see anything while logged into the web site. Just from my previous experience anyways. Sorry couldn't help you further.
did your browser use proxy or did you connect to the internet using vpn ssh or something like that?
I'm not certain, but I'm fairly sure that I do not use a proxy. In my internet settings there are no proxy servers set up.
did you use chrome or firefox? if you use firefox check the option > advanced > network > how firefox connect (the proxy is there)... try to change your DNS too to google one 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, since we don't know the problem lets try everything haha
