Yeah as a fairly newish website, their support needs to be quick and topnotchhonestly, if they don't fix my problem BEFORE The event starts, not in the MIDDLE of the event. i wont spend any money on them. the real game i was waiting for was taimanin asagi, but if this is how there customer service is going to be, i wont bother with them. i finally got my guard card and will have my first paycheck on friday from doing security. they really aren't convincing me to support them when they don't support us.

Sounds like it's more of a problem on their end rather than yourstried chrome, firefox and IE, system restore and clearing out the browser cache/history/cookies.
