As for date i been using tokyo time since i also play JP ver

New event just showed up in game, looks like it starts tomorrow, Ryujin Invasion

Edit: They're still updating the data, may want to be careful with the missions you do, throws you back to the main start screen

Edit again: It's already been taken down, must have been an error with it, said it lasted until 3/17

Then they quickly replaced with the Witch urgent, so guess so, hope its good :3

Multiple logins or discrepancy Between current time and the clock time on your device.
A lot of people are getting this since the first time they logged in today.
I can get it with my other accounts I had created but not with my main one.

Do you have any other computers you can try it on? It may just be a problem with the account you're using if you can log into your other ones

No reply to my support ticket as to the login error, but its been 1 full day only.

Looks like I'll miss affection and demon crystal. I doubt they would let it drag out for the whole event, but I'm curious to see how the jp team will handle the non-jp user side of things. Regardless they'll lose an unknown chunk of player, more the longer they drag this on.

No I'm going to try somewhere tomorrow,today I was too busy.
I was unable to play because of the 400 error and the only way around was to do a complete clean installation of windows,I did that 5 days ago... and now this.
As much as I enjoy this game I'm starting to lose faith on it.

honestly, if they don't fix my problem BEFORE The event starts, not in the MIDDLE of the event. i wont spend any money on them. the real game i was waiting for was taimanin asagi, but if this is how there customer service is going to be, i wont bother with them. i finally got my guard card and will have my first paycheck on friday from doing security. they really aren't convincing me to support them when they don't support us.

Yeah as a fairly newish website, their support needs to be quick and topnotch

It is when it comes to money spent which is on them. Game bugs and what not may not be Nutaku, but the devs of the game. Remember that Nutaku is the publisher not the developer.

And there's no way to tell right now if the problem is on nutakus end or the devs since people can log onto their alt accounts but not their mains

Edit: Have you tried changing the region on your computer? I always have mine set to japanese since I buy a lot of stuff off of dlsite and I haven't had any issues with nutaku

Have you tried using another browser?

I've had this issue once, and it was fixed once I used Chrome.

tried chrome, firefox and IE, system restore and clearing out the browser cache/history/cookies.

Sounds like it's more of a problem on their end rather than yours

I think its a bit of booth - since not everyone having issues. So it's just something about nutaku code conflicting with some users configuration or something like that.

Has nutaku posted anything about the problem on their social media? I have no idea since I don't use any
