I draw the line for maps that net less than 13 hero exp per charisma. RtR slows down overall progress and I don't like it. Not by much, but it stacks.
Guess that is where we differ then. Personally I want to get all my units to 50CC50 before focusing on my own level since I'm already at 120 which is a nice point. Wait a minute isn't RtR like 12.7 experience per?

Yep it is... well 12.695, but that is pretty much 12.7 I guess compared to DH that would be... 27.38 experience lost... but that isn't very much.

DH does not count as rival to RV3. It has a maximum drop of 4. Strong points of DH is that it is only second to Immortal Beast for gold and hero exp per charisma ratio. It is good when you do expensive unit levelling (like 40-50+ expensive) to not burn out of your money in days and progress towards new hero levels at steady rate.

But the question is do we want to progress at all? I used to be hyped to level up fast, I even got the 1,2x exp boost 2 times despite being freemium, but as I think about it now (128 lvl) I'm not rly sure there's any point in rushing, at least after u've reached lvl 100. Only 1 extra charisma per lvl, no upgrades to the Savior title prior lvl 193 or so, the extra stamina point every 20 lvls is insignificant unless u're spending money for refills. Altrius said after lvl 200 u're supposed to get both charisma and stamina refilled when u lvl up and that's probably something to look for, but it's not like we can get there any soon, probably gonna take months if not years. Am I missing anything?

Anyway, it's not like it bothers me too much if u ask me, I have hardly any units left to train so I'll probably keep doing Dragon Hunting. At this point it seems that Pastoral Gate + 2k gatcha would be the best choice though :D

I look at it this way. Compared to, let's say, Towers (closest equivalent), you lose roughly 165 exp per stam, counting from 350 max. Since we are already at the point where we have to run AT LEAST one more full stam after a freebie, you lose about 1-2 RtR worth of time to regen additional charisma every level. That does not count challenge runs and daily quests which net + and - here and there. But overall I think it's just not worth it having such drop in one exp to gain advantage in the other. Not with the rate it burns me out of money, anyway. If I could run only unit-friendly maps without spending weekends on DH diet - then maybe it would be viable for levelling units ASAP. As it is, thou.. nah.

Progress can't be a bad thing. And it's not like we're rushing somewhere. Buying exp boost after level 101 (best time to do so is at 60-70, once) as a freemium? Pointless. Counting how much exp you lose from one map compared to the other? Maybe so. Going to forum with calculator in hand and theorize? Never pointless!

What is the point... once we get the desert maps apparently all this will be irrelevant.

Not exactly after 101, obviously :D I got one at like 25 then another when the first one was over, I was like 70 or so, maybe a bit higher, not sure. Though yeah, it was probably still pointless (for some reason I wanted to get to 101 asap).

With all this talk about maps i still roll with good old Dragon Hunting.
Reasons
1) burns through charisma fast, with decent returns
2) Alt+tab after 4-5 units
3) Drop rates not really the best, but in combo with high gold drop - overall balance when leveling pre 40 - 0+, so i can spend my Monday money on 2k summons
4) Good ammonts of EXP for prince always good.

So in conclusion, it may be not be the best map for something specific but its best overall map for me .

Right... sigh any time I get into a game.. I end up trying to figure out the optimal everything. Oh well curse and gift I guess.

EDIT: So we might actually get Loli lolis.. Instead of 'Oppai' lolis.. Nutaku said the intention was to keep the game as close to the original as possible(This was in regards to someone asking about art for phyllis and Mischa, and them mistaking it for someone wanting completely new art instead of the new art for the JP version).

EDIT: So we might actually get Loli lolis.. Instead of 'Oppai' lolis.. Nutaku said the intention was to keep the game as close to the original as possible(This was in regards to someone asking about art for phyllis and Mischa, and them mistaking it for someone wanting completely new art instead of the new art for the JP version).
I also noticed in their post that the updated art from dmm will be coming too

They might had to check with the laws to make sure it was okay, only other thing I can think of is the dev team is having issues with the english version but I kind of doubt that

If you're doing any of those maps (Dragon Hunting, Flame Dragon, Remnant Vanquish 3, Tower Overwatch, The Wolfpack, Return to Ruins, Deep Forest Road, Pastoral Gate), you can't really go wrong as long as you take Unit Bonus XP and drops' LV into account. If you want to min/max your efficiency, there's no single map that is better than all the others (IMO). It really depends on what you need at the time. Too many important factors to take into account for one map to be the only map for everybody all the time.

Don't go nuts about average drop rates. Nobody knows them, and I'm pretty sure that's a good sign they're all about the same. Just keep an eye on maps that have 4 max drops vs 5 max.

I do have to wonder once a unit is at 50+ if it isn't easier to raise a bronze of their class(if possible) and level two of those to 40 then combined with two fairies wouldn't prove quicker... but dunno..

Is there even any tangible benefit to maxing levels on most units? Don't Awakening Stats just reset to new default rather than augment like CC does?

That is the first I'm hearing about that. Maybe that is fact, but all I've been hearing since starting to play this game is to never CC or AW before max level. Heck I think I once saw that is required that you had max level CC to awaken in the first place.

Yes they do have a higher max stats.
