The MC can get pregnant in the demo, but it didn't change her appearance at all. Maybe some MUCH later event?

so I decrypted the file - -a doesn't look like she get any appearance change from pregnancy
and she only have that large belly in some bad end
the silver hair girl (princess?) on the other hand does have a standing pic with her belly bloated, although she also doesn't wear the princess dress in that one so it might be a story thing instead.

Great game so far!
The author did a lot of work on the CR mechanics... so he squash any ideas of virgin run right off the bat. Also, unless your pregnancy rating goes to 255, you can enjoy some in-combat H and still get true end (see forgetnot`s spoiler). Just don`t go overboard and be sure to check the red book in your room regularly.

good game, reminds me alot of the game where you play a girl in a coliseum. i think its pretty safe to say he got some inspiration from that..if there's one thing i dislike though, its how he draws nipples

Yep, 赤首の闘技場... following the same idea down to belly punching (which I dislike) and doesn`t make sense when the girl is on all 4 or her bum is facing the sky... a spanking would make more sense. It is also missing the climax bar. Lastly... his art on the bounciness doesn`t quite give off that effect. Gameplay wise, its pretty solid (I am pretty early in the game so far, going by # of CG).

Talk to him once and go to the west part of town talk to the guy on the throne in the big building to the north. Then after that come back to the other guy.
That's a bug, only talk to him once, if you talk to him twice it crashes.

The 妊娠 counter in the red book is more like an ending flag, if it hits 255 or higher, then you trigger a karma (カルマ値) +3 which prevents you from reaching the true ending. Various endings has pregnancy but I am not far enough in game yet. My gut feel is that it has no visual impact as it doesn't look like the author would redraw all the pics for combat. Art isn't his strong point here
Anyway, can someone please translate what the last option in the red book means? Thanks!

Anycase, now i actully got some time to play it, see if i missed anything or can improve upon it.
Like , move the red book to a inventory item instead of having to go back to the room everytime? ; )
Edit: Done! Just head back to your room location and you should get the book as soon as you enter the map.
Made it so the room checkable things are now a portable book instead of you having to back and check it everytime.
This item uses a Common Event, so that will have to be overwritten for the item to work.
Well, it should work on 1.0.2 as well or later. It just depends if its added content or not if i gotta update the partial to work for a 2.0.1 with 20 new items or CG.

Just sharing my un-googled walkthru notes based on forgetnot's.
I am still clearing the western area, so I will add the rest when I get to it.
Ending condition is based on karma points (カルマ値), which you can check in the red book in your room.
*** If going for true end, you would want to check the red book after each mission/before overwriting your good save.
Karma <2 – True End (can unlock all memoirs opened + sex bot in the memoirs room) - 5 sex bots, as in enemies for you to fight. High health, and each one has a specified first action. No different than regular enemies... So dragon`s nest first 2 bosses works better imo.
Karma 3-9 – Valkyrie End (only unlock sex bot in the memoirs room)
Karma >10 - Karma ED(Only a clear history)
N.B. you need to unlock both True End and Valkyrie End to see the respective endings in CG room. So make separate save before you start the point of no return > get True End > reload > get pregnant (Karma+3) and then do the last dungeon again.
The following would increase your Karma:
Map East04 The Katerina rescue is mistake. +1
Map West02 Natasha rape +1
Map West04 Katerina cannot combat. +1
Map West05 Timeout +1
Map South02 Eleonora rape - Both action doesn't do situations.. Clearly in the state of 15 less than in the number of enemy defeating. +1
Map South05 Eleonora rape - 2nd choice, then return to speck the semen sparkle. +1
Prostitution +1
***Pregnancy 妊娠 >= 255 will increase your karma by +3 (locks you out of true end immediately) You can also check this in red book, after your karma value.
妊娠 will increase by 1 every time you get ejaculated in your womb during combat. As this game has a big focus on combat rape, you are given a lot of liberty (up to 255) to enjoy yourself and still get true end!
It's also why the author killed off the idea of virgin run right off the bat.

These follow the map unlock sequence, and you can do the town quests whenever they are available (there is no time limit on town events, so you can also do them later, such as all in one go after southern campaign opens).

You get this as part of the story. From your room, talk to the man in north middle, then go to the west side of town to the Dragon's Nest (large building in the northwest), then come back and talk to the man again.

In Map East01, check the South side.
・Ｈ０３ 妊婦街娘輪姦・・・東部０２北西の家
In Map East02, Check the Northwest House

In Map East03, lose to the boss.
* After you go back to the barracks, check the bookshelf for a nice accessory that lets you use concentrate (TP+20) at the start of each fight, great for trash... but your starting equipment is better for boss or long fights since it recovers +5TP each turn.
・Ｈ０５ カテリーナレイプ・・・東部０４にて戦闘勝利を10回以上（逃げた戦闘は含まれない）
In Map East 04:
Fight 10 or more battle here will delay your arrival at the outpost and trigger this scene.
*Warning* triggering this will cause your karma level to rise by 1...
If going for true end, make a separate save in case you fail.
To evade the enemy, stock up on the boots item from the item store in the barracks, get about 20 to be safe.
The boots will make you temporarily invis to the enemy, thus they won't be alerted and speed up.
However, there are lots of narrow corridor. If you see a message after a fight, that means you just hit 10
fights and will trigger the scene... So save often.
・Ｈ０６ アーリャ騎乗位・・・ストーリー上必須
In Map East 05: You get this as part of the story (at the very end).
・Ｈ０７ 牧場ＥＮＤ・・・東部０６ボスに敗北
In Map East 06: lose to the boss in the final area. This ends the Eastern Campaign.
・Ｈ０８ 街娘精液ボテ腹・・・帝都城にはじめて訪れた際、クリシュティナの部屋に行く前に１Ｆ北の食堂に入る
After you complete the Eastern Campaign, you will get to visit the your childhood friend, the princess, in the castle.
But before you go upstairs to find her, check the 1F North Middle room (dining area) for this scene.
・Ｈ０９ 公国少女兵首締めレイプ・・・西部０１にて南の民家でカテリーナと会話した後北東の井戸に近づく
In Map West01, go find Katerina (blonde you rescued in East04) in the private house in the south... then exit and go to the water well in northeast.

In Map West02 (make a separate save before you start this). Ignore all the enemies and let them run past you, then fight the last 2 visible enemies once they stop.

*Missable chest* There is a chest in the NW corner of this map. You can grab it if you only leave the very last enemy alive.

In Map west03, head to the North Middle area in 1F and talk to the man at the end of the lineup.
Then backtrack all the way to the Southwest corner near the entrance and go up to Women`s dorm in the 2nd floor and talk to the girl at the table.
Go back to where the line up was and head inside.
・Ｈ１２ カテリーナ陵辱・・・西部０４の連続戦闘中にカテリーナが戦闘不能に陥る（戦闘不能になった段階で最高3段階まで派生）
In MAP West04 part2 (make a separate save before you start this), Katerina will join you for battle, simply ignore her and let her die... this will trigger 3 scenes (1 after every 3 rounds)
*Warning* Unlocking this scene will give you karma+1
To save her, notice that you have a new healing spell as the very last skill. This can target Kat and heal her for 300 or so HP.

① Examine the door of the Northeast hut
② Talk to Katerina in Northwest area.

② Search the sparkle in the flower bed of the big house with Fence in the northeast
③ Make a separate save as this will trigger BADEND: After you rescue all 7 NPCs, return to the start area (ignore the message to look for Kat) to talk to Natasha (red hair).
・Ｈ２０ エレオノーラ陵辱・・・南部０５にて ①最奥部にいるカテリーナに話し掛け ②直上のマップ北東にいるエレオノーラに加勢しないで ③一定距離をとる
Map South05
① Speak to Katerina (blonde) in 3rd area of map (NE corner). Do not kill the 3rd commander until you trigger the scene!
② Back track to 2nd area, and look for Eleanore (black hair in the Northeast area). Make a separate save, as triggering the scene will result in karma +1.
③ Select 2nd option to believe in her abilities, then walk back towards Katerina. Once you see the scene, back track to see the sparkle on the ground (Arya points out it is semen), this will alter the mission complete dialogue.
・Ｈ２１ 魅了逆レイプ・・・南部０６ボスに敗北
MAP South06, lose to boss.

These follow the map unlock sequence, and you can do the town quests whenever they are available (there is no time limit on town events, so you can also do them later, such as all in one go after southern campaign opens).

You get this as part of the story. From your room, talk to the man in north middle, then go to the west side of town to the Dragon's Nest (large building in the northwest), then come back and talk to the man again.

In Map East03, lose to the boss.
* After you go back to the barracks, check the bookshelf for a nice accessory that lets you use concentrate (TP+20) at the start of each fight, great for trash... but your starting equipment is better for boss or long fights since it recovers +5TP each turn.

In Map East 04:
Fight 10 or more battle here will delay your arrival at the outpost and trigger this scene.
*Warning* triggering this will cause your karma level to rise by 1...
If going for true end, make a separate save in case you fail.
To evade the enemy, stock up on the boots item from the item store in the barracks, get about 20 to be safe.
The boots will make you temporarily invis to the enemy, thus they won't be alerted and speed up.
However, there are lots of narrow corridor. If you see a message after a fight, that means you just hit 10
fights and will trigger the scene... So save often.

In Map East 05: You get this as part of the story (at the very end).

In Map East 06: lose to the boss in the final area. This ends the Eastern Campaign.
・Ｈ０８ 街娘精液ボテ腹・・・帝都城にはじめて訪れた際、クリシュティナの部屋に行く前に１Ｆ北の食堂に入る
After you complete the Eastern Campaign, you will get to visit the your childhood friend, the princess, in the castle.
But before you go upstairs to find her, check the 1F North Middle room (dining area) for this scene.

In Map West01, go find Katerina (blonde you rescued in East04) in the private house in the south... then exit and go to the water well in northeast.

In Map West02 (make a separate save before you start this). Ignore all the enemies and let them run past you, then fight the last 2 visible enemies once they stop.
*Warning* Unlocking this scene will give you karma+1
*Missable chest* There is a chest in the NW corner of this map. You can grab it if you only leave the very last enemy alive.

In Map west03, head to the North Middle area in 1F and talk to the man at the end of the lineup.
Then backtrack all the way to the Southwest corner near the entrance and go up to Women`s dorm in the 2nd floor and talk to the girl at the table.
Go back to where the line up was and head inside.
・Ｈ１２ カテリーナ陵辱・・・西部０４の連続戦闘中にカテリーナが戦闘不能に陥る（戦闘不能になった段階で最高3段階まで派生）
In MAP West04 part2 (make a separate save before you start this), Katerina will join you for battle, simply ignore her and let her die... this will trigger 3 scenes (1 after every 3 rounds)

To save her, notice that you have a new healing spell as the very last skill. This can target Kat and heal her for 300 or so HP.

MAP West05, clears map after the timer reaches 0.
*Bugged? Unable to trigger even if I finish before or after timer went to 0.
Did not get karma point if finish before timer, or stay and killed every enemy...

Map South01:
① Examine the door of the Northeast hut
② Talk to Katerina in Northwest area.
③ Talk to the female soldier in the East.
④ Talk to Natasha.
⑤ (Make separate save) Go inside the hut in step 1, and searches the bed. This will duty fails.

MAP South02, agree with Eleanor`s proposal (2nd choice), but clear it without defeating 15 enemies..

MAP South04
① Speak to Katerina in west side of town.
② Search the sparkle in the flower bed of the big house with Fence in the northeast
③ Make a separate save as this will trigger BADEND: After you rescue all 7 NPCs, return to the start area (ignore the message to look for Kat) to talk to Natasha (red hair).
・Ｈ２０ エレオノーラ陵辱・・・南部０５にて ①最奥部にいるカテリーナに話し掛け ②直上のマップ北東にいるエレオノーラに加勢しないで ③一定距離をとる
Map South05
① Speak to Katerina (blonde) in 3rd area of map (NE corner). Do not kill the 3rd commander until you trigger the scene!
② Back track to 2nd area, and look for Eleanore (black hair in the Northeast area). Make a separate save, as triggering the scene will result in karma +1.
③ Select 2nd option to believe in her abilities, then walk back towards Katerina. Once you see the scene, back track to see the sparkle on the ground (Arya points out it is semen), this will alter the mission complete dialogue.
・Ｈ２１ 魅了逆レイプ・・・南部０６ボスに敗北
MAP South06, lose to boss.
・Ｈ２２ クスリ漬けボテ腹ＥＮＤ・・・クリシュティナ救出時帝都城にて兵士（どれでもいい）に敗北

Available once the Eastern Campaigns open. Can only be triggered when your gold total is under 100G and you are also under heart status (can use a potion to get this).
Talk to the fat man sitting in the first table of the Pub as you enter.
