It does work to upload without an account but it also seems like you need an account to create a link to that file sadly.

I tried both of those when I had windows 8.1 and neither of them worked. Best bet is to upgrade your OS. 8.1 is trash anyway.

i would love to but for some reason my windows says it's not activated and the company i bought the laptop from didn't give the serial key...

i tried copying dmsynth in sysrem32 and it didn't fix it

I think that was only a deal-at-launch with Windows 10. You actually have to pay to upgrade now.

sometimes changing the files out of read only works. that is what i had to do

Does anyone have another copy of the voice pack? The links here stopped working and the one i found in the old thread sounds weird from what i remember. If file size is any issue, I only really need the aya voices, the other ones are fine.

Just put the files into the voice folder and it should work fine.
