Is this game considered complete? Version number seems to indicate so.
There is still an empty 4th page in the gallery (as of 1.75) which suggests that it's still a WIP. Being bumped to 1.00 might've been the point where the battle/stage system was mostly fleshed out and changes afterwards just became adding new enemies. The game was still fairly lacking in content during 1.00 so it probably doesn't mean anything in terms of completeness.
Also, considering that this game is still not sold as a full game on any site, I wouldn't consider it a complete game. If it's still locked to Patreon/Enty, I assume it's a WIP.

In my opinion I think game dev. is plan about this game has release DEMO with a litte update on patreon per month can gain profit more than sell full game once time on DL Site XD

Basically, prices on Dlsite, DMM, etc. typically cap out at $20. With just 4 months of updates, the creators make as much as selling a game, and they didn't even have to finish it. Imo, that's why these Patreon/Enty h-games always take 2+ years to finish. Previously, the creators would be working hard(er) to finish the product since they wouldn't be paid otherwise.

And imo the game started out promising but just devolved into a monthly gallery. The "game" aspect is utterly boring, but his art and animation is just too good for it to matter it seems.

But seems he cancelled dat and make it new game instead after Fairy Heart

Yeah, I liked that she wasn't so top-heavy in the beginning. One of the reasons I stopped giving on Patreon was her tits kept getting bigger, and her thighs and ass kept shrinking, in the game over animations/scenes.

On his normal blog it seems he's been working on fairy flew he has 3d sprites of her. Also, something bout some problems with the current game that occurred late. May explain why progress has slowed so much with fairy heart.
