List of games with female victim energy drain / エナジードレイン

Found this while snooping on f95 and isn't listed here as far as I can tell; Escape Fatal. Not a ton of scenes but most of them are explicit energy drain, and they're all pretty good IMO. Gameplay is a bit like Mutation with the enemies that restrain in battle, and there's a stealth focus when travelling around the map.

A few games that I don't see here.

(MadScript) - one of those "energy drain by rape" games. But there is a mechanic to it - if you leave a captured heroine in enemy hands, her max MP starts dropping as the enemy drains her dry. There's a limit to how far the victim's MP can drop, and hilariously she gains training XP while in enemy hands, so you can fix her back up once you finally rescue her. I think this is the game that introduced me to the idea of "heroine's magic power gets converted into breast milk and extracted in that form," which is something I always appreciated seeing.

e (elf-chaen) - simulation game where you torment a magical girl. There are multiple routes to drain her power, which is added your resource pool or raises the level of the draining parasite. If you break her transformation, you stop getting mana out of her, but draining her mana is a bonus; your actual goal is simply to break her spirit.

(Dream Coffin) - A heavily ryona focused game, with a proper heroine route and a slave route that's an extremely lengthy game over sequence. I'd sum up the setting as "magical girls vs. Hellraiser." This one actually goes too far for me to find it erotic, but it's still fascinating as a horror game. Anyways, the demons don't just drain the heroine of her magic; they will drain her until her transformation breaks, burn her life essence to force her back into magical girl form, drain her again, and keep this cycle going until she dies. At which point they'll use a portion of her stolen power to bring her back to life and full heal her so that they can do it all over again. The bad ending route represents actual years of torment. It's pretty fucked up.

(Mille-Feuille) - One of those ones where we're assured energy drain is happening when the girls get raped, but there's no real oomph to it; just a sound effect and a voice line about their power being drained. This game not having transformation break definitely feels like a missed opportunity.

and its prequel game, Magical Girl Noble Rose (link is to thread; store page is region blocked) (No Future) - while any No Future heroine loses MP from having an orgasm, magical girls are explicitly drained of their power. Transformation break only occurs during game overs, but still nice to see. In Noble Rose, the enemies are explicitly seeking to capture your MC because they want her as a mana battery.

(Oyama Dennou Gikan) (link is to circle's website) - while only a few are actual games (such as Episode IV and Immoral Empire), this whole series of games, visual novels, and cgi/text short stories revolves around an ongoing tentacle monster apocalypse. The driving goal of the Reproductive Beasts to find powerful witches, priestesses, and queens/princesses, steal their power, and impregnate them to breed even more powerful Reproductive Beasts. Most of the VNs and short stories revolve around a couple VIP women caught by trickery or treachery. The few actual games put you in the role of a Reproductive Beast challenging his prey in open combat, and holy shit is that an uphill battle. Rock-paper-scissors with HP bars is not fun.

Thanks so much for the suggestions! You even took the time to flesh them out, I appreciate it!
I'll definitely check out everything -- if I add any of these, though, it might take a bit, because I'm trying to keep the list curated and to put in only the games I've actually thoroughly checked.
Which may take a while. It's been an overwhelmingly busy time irl.

Ah, it's a Nanoha fan game! Never watched the series, but definitely recognized Nanoha in the futanari dream ending.
I've skimmed some gallery, I'll try some of the playthrough. I'm leaning on informed energy drain here, if anything.

Thanks so much for such a huge list!

I can see why it doesn't work for you, I can't get behind a game that violates thermodynamics like that.
Seriously, the threshold where it's just the right amount of torture/humiliation is always subjective, and it can be pretty thin, and change over time… Plenty of games I dropped because ew how gross eventually got me involved years later.
I don't actually get off to my own energy drain stories, because when I write I don't feel comfortable being too mean to the heroines.

Eh, magic that doesn't break the laws of physics is insufficiently magical. I didn't mean going too far as in the energy drain, I meant too far in all of the other horrible shit that can happen to the heroine. To give you an idea, there's a toggle in the settings for whether you want to see amputations.

The maker of that is currently working on a "sequel" (same universe, different city and heroine) where the slave route is a sort of reverse pokemon situation - where the heroine becomes the meat shield and mana battery for a monster and has to fight arena battles alongside it. In the alpha test (no longer available for download) you fought alongside a slime monster that for its limit break would grab the heroine, fill her up with itself, and then drain all of her mana to unleash a death beam. The maker plans to add more monster masters too, but first he's working on completing the normal route.

Some iffier titles that occurred to me.

(Circle Poison) - It's not called out as a energy drain work, yet it's practically central to the entire premise. Your MC, Batz, successfully bullies an unlucky valkyrie, Lucida, into having sex with him, and unknowingly steals all of her levels in the process (she had meant to gift them to the Hero). At that point Lucida, to get Batz to carry out her mission, agrees to become his slave for as long as he's stronger than her. From that point on, every time Batz sticks his dick in Lucida, she actually claws a level back from him. So progression revolves around returning enough levels to Lucida that you can clear the current content you're doing, but if she ever gets back above Batz she'll fucking kill him. (Unless you can clear the not-so-hidden objective of breaking her spirit, at which point she's actually loyal.)

(Potato Life) - minor element; only happens in a scene or two. If your MC, Saya, is defeated by mob enemies she'll be taken back to a monster lair to be raped. In the second dungeon there are starfish-looking enemies that not only rape her, but convert her mana into breast milk and drink her. Normally you start monster lair escapes at 1 HP but with your remaining MP, but a starfish lair escape starts at 1 HP and 0 MP. So better have some consumables or you might be stuck there for a while. There's also a troll enemy that might drink her mana but I'd have to check. Aside: There's also a very optional side quest (and by optional, I mean you get red text asking if you're sure) where Saya gets captured by a monster collector and has her powers suppressed until she can escape his mansion. (I also suspect that there was a similar intended plot thread with the corrupt priest, but he got dropped as a possible bad end.)

(Milk Factory/Frontwing) - strictly a visual novel; there's no fail state and only one choice - picking which of three endings you want - matters at all. But it revolves around energy drain, so fuck it. Heh. Like Miel, Milk Factory basically makes the same visual novel over and over again and are carried by their excellent art. The common theme is you are some lucky jackass who gets into an all-girls elite school and through some sort of authority proceed to turn your classmates, their hot mothers, and the all-female faculty into your harem. In Oppai Academy, you are that world's Haruhi, and the magic school headmaster wants you to speedrun learning magic by having you take it from your classmates. Most of your classmates reject your divinity and object to being your mana batteries, and have to be corrected. This is another setting where magic power can be converted into breast milk. So once you've successfully tamed your target she'll prove her submission by spontaneously lactating, and you'll drink her to take her power. Which you can then leverage to conquer her mother and a related faculty member. I could see this being done as a proper CYOA where you have to trail-and-error through figuring out working target orders, but that's not what they did. You're just actually God and your victims don't stand a chance, though by your decree they'll enjoy it. (Milk Factory stuff is amusing, because the tone is always super-chipper, but what's going on is actually really fucked up when you step back and look at it.)

(Softhouse-seal/Devil-seal) - another visual novel (and a really short one at that), but it's Devil Seal, so it's nothing but fail states. The Demon King's conquest of Earth is about 99% complete, but the magical girls (who all became kemomomimi girls after gaining their powers) that appeared as the direct result of his invasion are putting up a last desperate resistance. One trio in particular - a wolfgirl, foxgirl, and catgirl who alternate as your PoV characters - has proved exceptionally annoying, and so the Demon King personally curses them so that they start going into heat, losing access to their powers while in heat, and being further weakened each time they get satisfaction and release from their estrus. Resulting in the girls now being savagely hunted by the small fry monsters they used to crush, while they make a desperate bid to reach and defeat the demon king with whatever power they have left. There's no set of choices where they can win; your choices only determine how they'll lose.

(Circle Poison) - in combat normally monsters will constantly sexually harass Koyori, and it'll be called out as energy drain, even if it's just unblockable HP loss. Bosses don't do this at all. Also, if you elect to have a defeat to normal monsters end in a game over then after the extended defeat rape scene then you'll usually get some text on a black screen advising Koyori was drained of all of her energy and never seen again.

Edit 3/7/26: Added another title.
