Good News Everyone!
The Partial has been updated! Huzzah!
But wait there's more! Oh yes, I'm afraid so. So much more... Three Parts more to be exact.

Part One: I had to redo everything that done in the Shitty Google Translate cause I couldn't get it to open in RPG Maker MV. I think they might have used a different program, or edited manually. So in summation everything contained within is 100% me. So it's got that high quality seal of approval you'd expect from one of my Partials.

Part Two: Also I noticed on a few maps when the Exit to the map was at the bottom the Choice Menu would go off screen. So I extended the Maps 2 down so that wouldn't happen.

Part Three: And lastly, and probably most importantly. The Game was not running the the Authors intended resolution. The game was intended to run at 1280x720. Instead it was running at 1264x696. Whenever you'd launch the game, there'd be some Black Bars on the side. You could drag the Window to increase the size to get rid of the Black Bars, but the resolution would still only be 1266x711. Not a huge loss in Resolution, but have you ever noticed the Pictures and CGs looked kind of fuzzy? Well, that's why. The loss of resolution was caused by two conflicting plugins. One wanting to increase the size of the screen, the other wanting to decrease the size.
I went ahead and solved the conflicts within the Plugins so now the game will launch and run at its intended resolution of 1280x720. You should immediately notice that the images and crisper, cleaner, more refined so to say. No longer do they look a little fuzzy, the now look clean and smooth, like Tialucy's clean and smooth elven breasts.

Partial is up and running in the Main post.

For those interested in a little side by side comparison I'll leave an attached file with 5 images comparing sizes. The first image is the edited partial, the next 2 are fresh from DLSite new downloads of the game, and the last 2 are the 2 unedited ones overlapping the edited fixed version.

The partial's been updated to 1.22 which can be downloaded in the Attachments of the first post.
As far as why most of my Zippyshare links are down that's cause some banned noob in a fit of rage reported all my partials after I disliked one of his posts. Which is no big deal as most of my Partials are available as Attachments in their respective threads.

I doubt it. I know I'm not going to touch it again. But who know, I know when I abandoned Vera's Region Tour Diary someone just randomly picked it up and finished it. So I guess anything is possible.

I don't think there's a full walkthrough, but if you ever get lost just dig around through the Game's Thread and I know there's a lot of helpful advice there.
