I could be mistaken, but it seems as though a couple other Patreons are replying to my public patreon updates "just to get free advertising", and actually have not played or have any interest in my game at all. <snip>

I don't know. Your patreon is very small but your project is certainly venerable and vast. Almost like you are a SweGabe with more original game design at the cost of the ability to finish a project.

So there is proof that you can do work and that you aren't making money.

That makes you yourself more attractive then your 36 patrons.

Just get it over with and block them.

While im not a fan of your game id still sugest some pictures on your patreon and ULMF thread. Just little things here and there to show off your style and whats to be expected in your game.

Okay I went ahead and got rid of them.

While im not a fan of your game id still sugest some pictures on your patreon and ULMF thread. Just little things here and there to show off your style and whats to be expected in your game.

Yeah. I'm hoping to make a trailer, but I keep putting it off because I'd like to have more of the game done first. I think I'll try out a recording program and see what happens though.
Edit: Ehh.. I just don't think my computer can handle recording software, so the trailer idea will have to be axed until I can get a new computer. Oh well. It was worth a try.
I'll probably try and play through the game and get some screenshots soon. I need to make a walkthrough anyway. Not to mention playtesting (found a leftover test event right away.. that nobody mentioned..).

Still 11 days shy of 2 months. It's a little early to call it even if it doesn't look good.

It would be a crying shame to see the only femdom game starve to death.

An original English visual novel developer, First under publisher Sekai Project released their first game in 2014

They then went solo and receive their production money through Patreon.

In their almost 3 years of existence they have released 20 games. Ranging from proper dungeon crawlers to vile and degenerate clickers. They are available in censored form on steam and can be restored to lewdness with patches.

As I recall their games are pure vanilla yuri.

This is an alarmingly large fish in the pool.

I guess there's no rule against getting paid for a game while getting paid to make a game.

From the looks of it if you back them once at $15 during development you get the game on release? possibly? not 100% sure.
"*You must be a patron during the month that the game is made available"
So jump in at 15 on the release month and get the game for $15 via a steam key.

Doesnt sound too bad, tho im not a fan of their games, i only liked sakura dungeon a bit.

Yeah, Redamz is the third largest patreon, coming in only after Fek and Fenoxo. Winged Cloud would likewise land in as fifth largest after Arvus Games.

But I'm pretty sure that all of those people are technically studios.
