How do I get the quest to rescue the rape bandit? Is there some kind of timer or something? Do I have to sleep in the inn to proceed time? I checked the japanese walkthrough with google translate and in some parts it said something about weeks (bad translation?

No, you get it the same way you get every other quest.

by progressing through the game.

Speak to the queen(?) in the castle, or the guild leader in the second city, failing that, go to your room in the castle and see if you can sleep in the bed or if theres a note on your table, failing that, go to the house in the forest.

these are all places where you get quests, if you can't find one, then you are probably already on a quest but forgot about it, check the last page of your inventory for quest fliers.

I got defeated by the rapist and now i am stuck right after the mission in the rapist's house in the jungle. Cant take any new missions and the mayor of the snow town keeps asking for a falcon/eagle or god knows what. Any suggestions?

hmm they did another update to version 1.10 which has new dungeon, enemys armor and cg (acording to dlsite)
but I can't find a link to this version

The update is about two weeks old now, and one might expect it to turn up.
It will sooner or later, but I'm dling it at the moment, and will post a link when I can.

Wondering a couple of things: Is her name Ako or Akoss? And what's the RiRi at the end for?
Uploading, will take bloody ages.
