extract it to a folder then click on organize in the top left of the window then on folder and search options, then on the view tab and its in the advance settings. (Show Hidden Files, folders, and drives)

assumes win 7 though if i remember xp and i assume vista is the same.

Re: (3D Lotus) Skunk Vol. 3 (NOT RELEASED YET)

FYI: to unlock everything, just open the save file with a text editor and change all the 0s to 1s. Easiest trick ever.

Re: (3D Lotus) Skunk Vol. 3

Just finished the game... yeah, it's really softer than it's predecessor, every heroine have just 2 gangbang and DP scenes, and they aren't too hardcore.

The storyline is somewhat predictable and shounen-like too, but I didn't hope for too much here.

Re: (3D Lotus) Skunk Vol. 3

I'm surprise people are actually comparing the prices of these games to mainstream ones. Its like the saying goes, "everything is worth what it's purchaser is willing to pay for it;" you can't just use things like production value to judge its price.

Mainstream games sell millions, they can afford to make their games "cheap" while these kinds of games are lucky to break into the thousands. Its like collection "junk" and antiques that sells for a fortune, these games were aimed at people who are willing to pay more because it is the kind of game it is and is less common. If you are one of those people who only really play these games because you can pirate them or if you use the same pricing standards as you would for mainstream games then these games weren't meant for you.

Speaking of pirates, they probably know that most of their customers are local and that even if they lower the price, they would only gain a handful of customers. Most people who think its worth it will probably buy it anyways and most who pirate will pirate regardless.

Not saying that this game in particular is worth it, because its not, at least not for me.

Re: (3D Lotus) Skunk Vol. 3

Oh, did this get cracked?

Any chance of a reup?

Re: (3D Lotus) Skunk Vol. 3

So, anyone knows how to actually use the "Capture"-ability monsters seem to have in the Crit-mode when controlled by AI? I haven't had it as an option for me once.

Also, what do the three figures in the "Start Event"-screen for each character start for? Sometimes one unlocks but I have no idea what it actually does, let alone how to get them. Something to do with cloth breaks?

Re: (3D Lotus) Skunk Vol. 3

a news item popped up on the site,

with google translate letting me understand that the 4th game would be coming out at around may! and some talk regarding the previous games and that the author being sick, so i hope someone else could translate the thing to make bit more sense.

Re: (3D Lotus) Skunk Vol. 3

holy crap that's excellent news.

Re: (3D Lotus) Skunk Vol. 3

Usually i don't like grave digging but I spent last 3 hours trying to solve this problem and I thought I should ask if anyone here has found a solution.

When I try to run the game, the starting credits and Skunk 3 logo shows up(right after to Y.Y) then it crashes with the message "Adobe projector has stopped working".

I tried updating flash, disabling UAC, trying out compatibility to no avail.
Can someone please help me?

Re: (3D Lotus) Skunk Vol. 3

Anybody know how to play this hilariously convoluted game?

There was a chart about the attack/defense interactions on the first page but it's almost certainly outdated (since apparently for the first two games you played from the monster's perspective or something?).

Re: (3D Lotus) Skunk Vol. 3

What, exactly, are you confused about? The chart is still accurate. You play as both the monster and the girl in this one, depending on the fight.

HP should be obvious, if yours hits 0 you lose, if theirs hits 0 you win.
AP is armour point. Lower the armour, the more damage taken (and the girls will have clothing damage).
HT is "heartbeat". When it's 0, the fighter can receive a critical strike from attacks that don't counter their attribute, instead of only from counters.

I've beaten the first 3 games in this series and I still don't know what the numbers on the cards actually mean. They don't seem to be important, just choose the highest one of the type you're going to use.

simply put the card game is like rock paper scissors, been ages since i played any of the skunk games so i cant remember properly whats "super effective" against what and all of that stuff, but once you get the hang of the game it becomes simple as shit to win, not to mention i personally found the card game battle thingy quite fun.

if theres a chart on the what card beats what card, its gonna be accurate for all of the games i think, atleast i dont remember that they wouldve changed anything in any of the games in terms of the combat mechanics.

Re: (3D Lotus) Skunk Vol. 3

Any luck running this on Windows 10? When I run the .exe it doesn't seem to do anything at all. Tried running as admin and/or in compatibility mode for Win7/WinXP, no change.

I remember it working no problem on Win7, even without applocale or anything.

EDIT: More info, running with compatibility mode set to Win98 or Win95 does run the program and it goes through the first few screens. However it tries to use Adobe Projector (presumably a really old one) to play the intro movie and that crashes.

I had to set my Windows locale to Japan in order to get the game working properly.

Re: (3D Lotus) Skunk Vol. 3

I had to set my Windows locale to Japan in order to get the game working properly.

Thanks for the suggestion. With JP locale I managed to get it working on a WinXP inside VirtualBox. Except whatever's left of the DRM seems to be blocking video when run inside a virtual machine.

And it still won't run on my Win10 no matter what I try. ProcMon debugger says it dies after loading ntdll.dll, which is like the most common library error...not helpful. Maybe it just doesn't like my hardware, seems like nobody else had this specific problem.
