Got the same error.

I put a blank image under the filename "hp.png" and it worked.

yes ,the demo is cool now ,when i check the error i send a twit to him and he reply me telling me the demos was send to update next day u are free to re download it

2F east room talk to girl > 1F east room talk to girl, then z key or 1 button can up atk and def (after zone need use again), move to enemy side or back can attack > 3F west side get clothes > 2F talk to school principal and get key > 1F can open health room > 2F move to north school building > 3F east side talk to hero? > 2F east kill all mob then get swimmint suit > 1F click mirror > 3F talk to hero again > south school building talk to school principal > boss, open menu 2 times then move to boss back hit space key or 3 button > 1F move out from main door then NW to gymnasium > north school building 3F east room read letter > 1F east to swimming pool > 1F west move out to church > talk to girl on bed > talk to teacher > back to south school building's health room sleep for hscene > move to north school building, 1F west entracne to back of gymnasium > talk to hero > boss, open menu 2 times then move to front of boss hit space key or 3 button > door > sleep > to be continuous... WTF!

Even if you don't count the to be continued screen at the end, it feels... incomplete.

There's zero penalty for advancing the transformation meter (which goes up every time you use the seduce button or use a sexual attack) nor does it do anything, juice-drinking is bugged for me (NOTHING I DO works) and there's an unused room to the right side of the gym that is connected to the main school building (except it's blocked by a huge stack of tables and chairs for no reason).
