Enduring is the easy part. I don't like to venture around dedicated forums for those kind of games since it ruins the game when you want more out of it (after seeing what others have). Being content helps me enjoy the game better.
I think at one point you dont need to seek guides to formulate your own strategy anymore when you are tolerant enough to come to term you might not be able to beat a map/boss first try or come to understand that your team or deck is just simply incapable of doing so without changing the stategy style drastically. Thats just me I don't know how well this applies to others.

For reference, the last gacha platinum for me was that Gacha Maid (I recall getting my last black around that time as well). And that was more than 3 month ago. After 50~60 (2~4 per maintenance, and a few in between) rolls, I haven't gotten a single useful gold either, that or my cost-reduction failed. Recently hitting 87% (Silver + Gold) 50 times is eazy peacy > 0.000946 = 0.095%

So for the longest time, the only healers I had was Alisa, Iris and cost 23 Liana. It caused a huge imbalance in my team considering Alisa stopped being good for harder maps, Iris is gold and Liana costed too much. I decided to farm for Sedis and I don't regret it. She is powerful and only one cost reduction (though 21 cost isn't so bad) is good enough. She has strong healing and range, but her down side that is made out of paper. She will die from a lot of harder enemies in the more difficult maps so be wary of where you put her.
