How recent is the cr info for farm event characters? Have u heard any rumours about it changing lately? It's just my personal outcome so not statistically relevant at all but more or less since the event maps have 100% drop on first run, getting a farm character to -4 has been really difficult.

Something to remember is that there was always a 100% first time drop for farm-type characters on one of the later maps, which was buffed to them making two maps have a 100% first time drop, so beginner players could get the character on the easiest map.

There shouldn't be any changes with the skill-up and cost-reduction percentages. And if the information for the cost-reduction fairy and platinum ticket is true, then all relevant information is up to date within the last month.

Speaking of the plat ticket, its 15% chance for a black unit means that if you got the Legendary Stamp Card every month, you only have a 85.7% chance of getting at least 1 black unit in 12 months. Basically, if 100 people spent 120,000 points on this game, then 14 of them will get two things: Jack and Shit.

All of that said, I haven't had too many problems with cost reductions. I can actually count the farm event characters I haven't reached mincost—by playing the game normally—on one hand:
Maribelle*: -2 (mincost is -4)
Waltz: -4
Lucille: -3
Liselotte: -3

*Maribelle is the only farm event character I went bonkers and spent SC to marathon her 2 revivals to get cost reductions, and the result was just reaching skill 5/5. Now that the +5 Cost buff is available in the shop for 1 SC, I find that there's very little reason to spend SC on farm event or plat+ trading post units for a 50% or 25% cost reduction that may never happen. Funnily enough, I have yet to find myself in a situation where I couldn't do a map without the cost buff.

Its just usual RNG difference, IMHO.
Sabrina didn't want to past -3 no matter what for me, but Rumaria got mincost/skill 4 at Saturday so I'm suddenly having time to do dailies instead.
Belinda and Hana were very easy to mincost too, so overall rates don't feel bad.

That Rumaria is very2.....
Still nothing , compare to Record Holder Revy
Although I forgot to record Revy , but I do know I kill 35+ copies of Revy and still stuck at -4

Still , now I can go to the 40/5 instead
2 ran. Got both Silver , awesome~
I only need another 2 Alyssa to AW Sedis
But not in a hurry too , since I dry of resources and Sedis still 40/70

Guess I'll take the advice to slowdown a bit

Well really what I want to ask/know is...

Is she a good substitute for Uzume until a free player can luck into her; or should one still have Uzume as one of their focuses. Since as a free player you really want to Narrow any premiums you want to go after down.

Well really what I want to ask/know is...

Is she a good substitute for Uzume until a free player can luck into her; or should one still have Uzume as one of their focuses. Since as a free player you really want to Narrow any premiums you want to go after down.

Having a premium as a target/focus means pretty much nothing as u could roll and roll for a year and never get it so...
On the real question of how useful is she, well, I found her really useful during all this time since her event. U won't be using her on every map but the cost reduction on deploy and the 10% atk skill has saved my ass a lot.

Hm, I'm not going to receive my copy until May 15th at the very least unless I want to split up my order and pay more for shipping. I guess that's fine since last time they misspelled 'height' as 'hieght' or something in Vol.1's first printing, so having to wait until May means I'll probably get a 2nd or 3rd printing that fixes any potential errors with Vol.2's initial release.
