Getting an army of bronze ninjas (2-4 really) doesn't take long from gacha, and they can be useful in a lot of weird strategies if you lack stronger melee/ranged units. Easier once you unlock the map that drop them. They're about on par with bronze mages and soldiers, meaning they may always be useful for some low cost strategies. Not a bad idea to have a couple max cost reduced.

exkale could you shrink or spoiler tag your images? Doesn't bother me much but some people have issues with big images being posted in these threads.

For a starting player however the base gatcha is relatively expensive. Better use your gold on leveling units...

Guy, Which unit do you think i should feed Gold Vampire hunter Vincent to : Mehlis or Fedora ?

Both Mehlis and Fedora are not my top piority. Mehlis is not because i already have two mages that is Pales and Noel and i plan to CC Odette to replace Pales someday. Fedora is also not a piority because i already have 4 healers : AW Iris, Sedis, Roka and Arisa.

It's almost been a year since I started playing this game (I started during the Touhou event). While I did purchase points to take advantage of various campaigns, I didn't really spend all that much on this game aside from purchasing unit box space and farming the Imelia and Claudia events. In the end, this is what my A-Team looks like from keeping my purchasing habits to a minimum (I tried to treat this like a subscription service where the most I would pay is 1,000 yen per month and I kept well below this limit over 12 months):

I have two other awakened units: Flan and Marie. I have Jelius, Ricca, and Chloe at CC70. And my initial goals for this year is to get Charlotte, Ada, Shiho, and Maribelle to CC70, and Janna class-changed into a heavy gunner.

I'm going to be interested in seeing how well Tieskey or Fruitsmoothie's teams turned out this February, since they haven't spent any money on this.

In any case, I got 8 plat buckets to drop on the Monday map, and 1 left in my present box. I overestimated the amount of black fairies I needed for Nanaly, so I still have 6 of them in my present box. I'm going to have to start feeding my accumulated rainbow fairies to my units (so far I fed 4 to get Sedis and Karma to 4/5).

Yeah it is, but he seemed bound and determined to clear that level, even if he was underleveled for it haha.

The one big difference I notice between people who put money into the game and free players (Aside from gacha units) is the amount of awakened units. People who premium gacha get so many silvers and golds that the awakening process is faster. That's pretty nifty, I've been stuck on lack of silvers for quite a while. I may even use my gold mages to AW some people, pretty tired of waiting. Think I only have like 5-6 AW'd units atm. Those full teams of awakened units look sexy.

Ah forgot I found some mages, now I'm just lacking soldiers, HA's, archers and healers. I can't awaken anybody on my main team atm still.

Even with 1.5 drop rate for daily Giant enemy should give you more gold fairies than fairy rescue... But man, you do need plat fairies too!

The main question would be if you want to stockpile silver fairies. If yes - do mid-tier daily. If not - do high tier.

You really don't want to waste the 1.5x daily bonus drop event. Trust me, you'll kick yourself hard for it later. This is by far the best event in my opinion and it doesn't come around very often. Even for newer players with few inventory slots, you should be using your 3 star crystals for upgrading your inventory limit to hold all the delicious fairies you can get from this.

You can farm normal missions any time, but this event is super rare.

You really don't want to waste the 1.5x daily bonus drop event. Trust me, you'll kick yourself hard for it later. This is by far the best event in my opinion and it doesn't come around very often. Unless you are in such stupid situation as me: I've got 2x Kojuurou (gold samurai) and my Bernice CC60. I have to CC my silvers and farm AW fairy to eat them That means doing story mission ;<

ps. I think TieskeY also used some money on game, didn't he? I purchased crystals only 3 times so I also haven't spend a lot of money on aegis. This 3 premium summons I still regret. I will never do it again.

She has really low defense but has much higher health than most plat samurai that makes up for it. Her AW ability is an attack boost that puts her about on par with plat units offensively as well.

I think her skill lets her avoid all ranged attacks (Physical and magic) 60-80% of the time for 20-30 seconds. It may also attract ranged attacks to her for the duration if the translation is decent. Combined with her high health it means she's more focused on dealing with magic users than a typical samurai. This pretty much up her usefulness:

She's clearly useful. As a gold, she also doesn't suffer from too high of a cost so not being able to cost reduce her isn't the end of the world. I'd say she's one of the best gold units honestly. 3 block and attacks all units she's blocking for that cost with those stats...pretty nuts. Just gotta watch her low defense. Probably wanna try to pair her with a dancer whenever possible, even the passive defense boost would help her a lot.

Got Gold Archer Stray from base summoning because I wanted 1 unit to feed. Nice.

That samurai is quite useful to use as a lightning-rod because of her ability to dodge ranged attacks. Petite mentioned it in a previous post as well when Marcus was curious about it. I've also seen a video of her being used as a lightning-rod to tank the 3 Lich in the 60/6 Memento Map.

Exkale: gratz! I never obtained anything higher than silver from base summon. And I am playing for almost half a year already. W8, where Petite mentioned it? Since I have no idea what is her name i could have missed it.

Oh, probably Chizuru.

Well there aren't many muscular/athletic girls in Aegis so I really like her, I'd love to roll her. Her AW art really pushes that much more than her original art and it makes me happy. Now, she looks like she's actually part Oni (Unlike a certain Momoji, I think that was her event story.).

I think Fruit bought some of the promotional units.

I can try to say that I support the game by bumping this thread to hell and helping bring in new players Of course if they ever do release money cards into the US, my free player status may change. I seriously doubt it would happen as they barely managed to do that in Japan, but who knows. I feel like if they are released into the US, it'd be for the Nutaku version only anyways.

Haha, I'll post my best team after this event to compare. Although I'm more of collection wore (a cheap one) so I have a lot of half assed event units and not so many maxed out.

i hope they take out the cgs.

the main focus of the game is the gameplay and events not the H scenes and CG

just got my third 50 CC (berenice if im not wrong (gold Knight girl) ) had to sacrifice a male Silver knight but i have the female one (with a CR) and a male gold armor so i donnt feel like i lost something xD

Edit: im nnow gonna work on aother Gold unit to CC at lvl 50. which type of unit is better to CC first?

my current options are

no sacrifice
Gold soldier (Katie) got a male silver soldier
Gold witch (Cloris): got several calliopes and a fully CR'd one
Gold Witch (Ryuryu?) same as before got several calliopes.
Gold Valkirie (Carrie) got several copies of one valkirie. but i really dont use Carrie much.....
Silver Witch (Calliope) fully Cr'd and a good silver unit.....the only bad thing about her is that i have several other better options (she might be good for a second or third witch but as a main witch...)


Sacrifice: have to use one or several units....
Platinum Witch: (Belinda) Fully Cr'd but have to sacrifice an Archer (Daniela) and a mage (Valeire? )
Silver Mage: (Palace?) have to sacrifice my white mage....and im currently using both on my main team....yeah... i know that there are more mages in the late parts of the main story but id hafve to go and finish them
Gold Archer: (Claire) have to sacrifice an Archer for her >< and i dont really wanna since i like archers D:

If it was me, then I would CC Katie next for the Reinforcements III skill. Also, max affection Katie is a far lot better than I previously thought. I've underrated her before, but after I got her to max affection she can really tank the early enemies without a problem. She's usually going to be the first one to be deployed too so it's easy to maximize the benefits of her skill. Because of her tanking ability against low to moderate power enemies and the ability to block 3 units, I would delay the deployment of a healer and place an archer or witch instead because she can stay up longer without heals. The enemies that do hurt her? I would have placed an HA (or made Katie to retreat and replaced) by then to tank the hard-hitting enemies or a healer that can heal up the damage she's taking easily.
