Sybilla gains 1.7x attack versus 1.5x on top of the extra 80 range. Unless you're one of those people who's willing to keep repeatedly throwing yourself at the same map to gain a 3-star victory (i.e. Tinies Versus Giants, Stone Golems) with a team incapable of doing such maps normally, then skill awakening her is a good decision. It's more complicated for Minerva, since she loses more than her ability to deal instant death (her DPS is lower, but she can penetrate highly armoured opponents easier).
