So close, yet so far because this is as far as I can go with my current units. Even though this is the best I can do, I'm glad I was able to get this far. It helps that it shows the limits of what I am able to do currently and what I might need in the future.

The best option I have is to level up a priest warrior, which I haven't done yet. The bottom row suffers a lot when they are left without heals.

Sharing experience about the drop rate rng.
Please note that this is just what happen to me.
so i been farming
Dark Tomb Extreme (60/5) (墓標 極級)(Gimmick: Deployment Cost Won't Regenerate):
Ruby (60%), Crystal (100%), Diamond (50%), Magic Crystal II (20%x2)

both ex and non ex:
In the non ex 1, so far alot of time i got only 1x 3revival crystal (never 0 yet) so i had feeling the drop rate is about 70% (already did more than 12 run) (1 archer / 0 HA)

For ex, I always get 2 x 3revival crystal so i had feeling this drop rate could be close to 100%, but the 1 notice so much difference is the magic crystal, i keep geting 1 or 2 x2 crystal in this map (well sometime 0 but rare 2x). For some reason i felt the magic crystal in this revival event is about 50%.
I been doing this run for about 15+ (trying to get nagi max affection, but without luck diamond and ruby so rare drop can be said about 20% only well bad luck).

Using my experience on this, I was wondering if other notice in other map that the drop rate might be different than original 1 as well.

PS: got my 2nd sorano 2 more to go :D

Today I finally 3 stared every Sorano map except one with super sayanin Oni (and fuck this map, I don't need one crystal so much ==).

Unfortunately I have no idea which map I should be farming. Last 2 days I didn't have much time to check strat for all the maps so I've been doing Miranda (once, to 3star) and 3rd Sorano ( Earth Fountain (50/3) (地底の聖泉) ).

These few times I did Earth Fountain I've got 6 revival crystals. Today I finally did all the maps and from last two I never got more than 4 crystals (2x Revival Crystal II) so I moved back to Earth Fountain and got 3 crystals.
Now I have no idea which one I should farm ==. Thanks Goddess I had a lot of crystals from Dragons revival so I already ate 2 Sorano copies -> -2/3.

When I will reach Sorano -4 I will switch to Miranda maps. For subjugation: Thank you Aegis for making it one month event, cos I didn't even check it out.

Right now, I'm working on Ether, since it seems I absolutely need her class for the Subjugation Mission. I'm currently going to base my strategy off these two videos by Kinosaki and D_Knight:

My biggest concern is if Liana's skill duration is good enough to function as a replacement for Fedora (Janna, Mel, Artemis Bella, Grania, and Fedora seem to be extremely useful for this map). Currently using my spare charisma to farm base struggle, since I hate doing the last story mission map (it's easy to mess up and cause a fallen samurai to run past Lilia and murder the Prince). I have 2 spare Ethers, and I'm hoping I don't need to raise her skill past 2/5; the difference between Ether to Ellet, and Ellet to Flamel is remarkable.

By the time I'm done, I'm hoping the HP and defence stats for the various oni are revealed, so I know what levels I should raise everyone (I'm probably going to count on a Ninja Master Nagi to knock down Fuujin, though I don't have that many black fairies to spare if I need to raise Liana to a Saint and beyond, or Anya to a strong True Dragon Warrior).

Ja, I "lost" 2 days to clear that Oni map, it was personal -.-
Had to spent my precious affection items on Eden T_T I'm ok with lolis and with vampires but WTF has she to be a zombie too... hate that.

Thought it was odd with how much Miranda dropped but now that i noticed she has a 10 level skill. gonna be annoying leveling that up, I have fuck all space available as it is, Need to get 3 platinum fairies so i can use my exp can on her then start feeding copies

I think I'll give up on getting 1000 kills on the subjugation mission for now. It seems that having extended healing range and healing priests are a requirement, which I don't have currently. I'll try again before the mission ends:)

Sounds like a plan, I was thinking about something similar. In the first strategy you have linked all units are very high level. That AW90 Victoria brings the top wind spirit to 50% unmounted almost by herself. AW78 Hores almost dies during the youkai lord push. At least I have AW70 Janna, but the big aoe clear of the final oni wave also doesn't seem easy to reproduce...

Btw. are there any calculations for final story map in terms of food gained?

After watching a few videos on the 1000 sub map I realized one pretty important thing.

I need to AW my black strategist Aisha, that god damn meteor shower move is too good, seems a lot of videos use her now too, so many blacks to level no fairies to sacrifice.

I did manage 966 on my blind run though, stuffed up the deployment of my Crusader early on let a few through in the early wave, and the biguns in the last batch were too much for my shoddy placement to hold.

The spoiler data for Base Struggle 2nd:
Iron Soldier (70x2), Leo (70x2), Hashim (55x2)
Food XP Per Charisma: 15.8625; 1.5x Drop Bonus: 23.04375

100 trips to Fuujin Extermination Suggests that the drops are 70/78/80, so it's probably:
Iron Samurai (70), Bronze Wilfred (80x2), Bronze Yojirou (80x3)
Food XP Per Charisma: 16.79661; 1.5x Drop Bonus: 21.35593

Just as a warning, 100 trips are too few to verify anything approximate to the actual drop data. It takes thousands of trips to even out the possibility of being in a peak or a valley. However, it's safe to assume that Fuujin Extermination is better than Base Struggle normally. That said, Base Struggle is the best map whenever there is a story mission 1.5x bonus like the previous Gold Rush.

I prefer Base Struggle since I have both Maurette and Betty to gather up gold for me, and it's significantly less stressful since I don't have to activate any skills, or follow my deployment order or timing correctly (i.e. if I mess up and deploy Betty where Aria is supposed to be in Base Struggle, it's not the end of the world, whereas with Fuujin Extermination, it is quite possibly a mission fail if I mess up and deploy Chloe before Berenice, or something equally stupid). Though, the truth is that Fuujin Extermination requires that I use a totally new party specifically for it. I have my 3rd team for farming maps with bouquets and magic crystals, and the 4th team for doing the Monday and Tuesday Dailies, and Base Struggle 2nd in such a way that I have fail-safes in case I mess up by deploying the wrong character in the wrong position.

Is Erette(Gold priest warrior エレット) any good? She starts at a base 1３ cost, and her skill is like Fedora's(, but for priest warriors, so its a different skill name). Was thinking about leveling her up, but never got to it

Ellet, once you awaken her, has better base healing than a skill max Ether. The only reason to wonder if she's any good is if you have Flamel, who is remarkably better. Ellet has greater range, but I'm not knowledgeable about any situations where that's applicable.

Ellet's class is primarily for convenience. She can block and heal, so instead of wasting your time and life deploying a soldier and a healer, you can just deploy her. Other than that, there has been a lot of maps recently that lack decent ranged deployment points, so this class has steadily become a necessity, especially if you want to take advantage of aggressive tactics (i.e. last map during Liana's event is much quicker to deal with if you have a Priest Warrior near where the grey demons spawn to heal your units up there, which will save you time spent farming that map over and over again).

You have to wait until June 19th to receive your game presents.

Just to make it worse, they won't give you any indication at all as to whether or not you are eligible for your gifts after you satisfy all of the campaign's requirements. I had to wait forever to receive Cypria that I summoned Betty, and then did Ada's event, which made her irrelevant to raise for my team. >_<;

I see I should have fulfilled the first requirement thx petitie. I did some thinking and thought even if I have farune already if I max cost reduced solano I could place them both for the cost of 1 mage and alternate between their skills to keep at least one firing while the other is in cd

so I guess I will focus on solanos event and just run through the heavy armor girls maps for crystals. dine doesnt really need 7% more dmg that bad and I probably dont need any more heavy armors that I'll end up using as duelist with huge cost

Did my daily free base summon, and got my third base summon plat unit (2nd free one after Jelius):

She's one of the best platinum units for the same reason Nanaly is one of the best black units: she doesn't need rainbow fairies. Too bad I already have High Bishop Noel, Arch Mage Mehlis, and Warlock Odette. If I had more Valerys on hand, I would probably try and work on her for the current Subjugation Mission, but I don't want to use up my dwindling supply of Pales...

The only non-free unit in his possession is Jessica, who is easily obtainable for anyone that bought a DMM Money Card. Other than that, Fedora needs to be skill 3/5 to reach Anya, and Nagi needs to be skill 9/10 to deal with Fuujin. The only awakened units he uses is Berenice, Spica, and Mehlis. He doesn't use Ether, so that means I could skip working on mine for now, and move on to working on Jessica and Fedora (I still have two copies of her tied beneath the floorboards of Lita-chan's house).

nice she looks fairly attractive though and those revival units from gold rush were nice to me 1 away from min costed fran with 6 copies and her skill ended up 6/10 I wont feel so bad about using rainbow fairies to finish her either

Ada has the same skill as Flan, so I would recommend waiting until Ada's revival. My Flan is at skill 5/10, and she has been perfectly usable. This is the original order of the revival events:

Anyway, I didn't understand your spoiler. If those are revival events, then none of them happened, but if they are the original ones, then it should be 2 weeks instead of 4 :S

I'm seeing some scary numbers here... Like years, months, weeks. Is the progress of the game really that slow if you don't pay?

I'm thinking of starting but if development is really that slow might as well quit while ahead of myself. If I have to "grind" the same map(s) for over a month to advance then no, not doing that and at the same time wondering why this game is #1 on DMM ranking list.

However, if there are 100-500 maps and even more then that doesn't sound so bad. So which is it, grind a few handful of maps for a while or are you introduced to many to keep things "fresh"?
