Out of curiosity, can AW passives like Lian's 5% def, Jerome's unit point bonus etc stack together if you have multiple copies? I rolled a second Jerome so I'm contemplating whether I want to feed it to my original one for the grand... -1 cost or keep it.

If 2 same skill name together no they can't stack so having 2 jerome aw can't
But if you have like party def up small (katie) / med (lian) / large (B.Iris)
Yes they can stack (its already considered as different skill)

PS: think what happen if someone have 8-10 kikyo all AW ? isn't that overpower +56-70% atk :p

WAIT WAIT WAIT!!!! keep Jerry!!!

He's a GREAT unit when you AW him for the ...uh...Something Vs. Something #2 map.

That map's major pain is that you have to fight NASTY HUGE MONSTERS early only with tiny baby units. Sortie cost is amazingly important, and that +2 added with his skill wait time compared to the gold soldiers is great for that map.

Edit: After reading the context a bit more---Yeah, cost him down. Thought you meant just ditching him, which is why I panicked >.>

3 stared the fairy daily god tier daily nice seeing 3 fairies drop on my last attempt too, looks like I didnt need to awaken krull with all my other awakened healers

Hmm... Trying out AW maps for fun seeing the drop rate multiplier is up and all, it ended up being surprisingly smooth... at least once getting past the first part. I need to get used to one healer not being enough to outheal damage though. I think I underestimated Emilia's ability a bit. She's low in base stats (I think even Carrie beats her?) and there's probably other valks that can match or beat her in attack but the fact it's 2x attack and def actually feels surprisingly important in practice since it allows her to be cheap to deploy and can serve as a very strong duelist against hard hitting bosses that don't take longer than her skill duration to kill and a fodder killer + unit point gatherer when off her skill. Chloe feels more suitable as anti-rush than an actual duelist due to her irregular activity and that she can block 3, hit two.

Still feel like I'm lacking flexibility to deploy a decent defense early on. Though it's fine on the slow to start maps, rush maps kill me completely. Feels like my team needs time to build up momentum, stuff like Chloe and Emilia being unable to immediately use their skill contributes to that as well. I failed to handle the AW map mobs early on and could only kill everything once most of my key units were out.

On a bright note, I may not be able to kill that stupid boss at the end of 拠点争奪戦・後 but I can at least 2 star it! (boss gets past). I don't know what's the point though.

Well with this it sounds like it's possible for me to farm AW orbs but... even if setting aside AW mats, actually leveling units to cap doesn't sound fun... I'm not sure who to AW first either.

Base Struggle 2nd (拠点争奪戦・後) is the best story mission map to farm for synthesis xp. It's in your interest to figure out how to defeat the boss (lots of ranged units help).

A couple months back, someone posted some dubious data that made it seem like Base Struggle 2nd is better than all other story mission maps even without the 1.5x drop buff. Apparently the data I had for Fuujin Extermination was in a peak, so I'm trying to find more data to find out if that's the case.

Yep, so far I think my only choice is to spam a crapton of ranged units and see how that turns out. Dubious if I can really shoot that thing down without someone tanking it though, not to mention the more ranged units I put out, the bigger the load on my healers due to the AoE.

And those pictures... wait, do they seriously say those lines in game? Especially that bronze bandit, wat.

Interesting trivia on Dolka though, at the same time when looking at her appearance it may not actually be that surprising. Wonder when our dear prince is going to get his appearance redrawn.

That Curissa story sure is dark... was her face really that different than it is now? Its still really well.. "prettified".

The first time I did that map, I used Chloe as a lightning rod. I set her right in front of the demon lord's portal so he'll keep firing at her (also Chloe can wake up and slay dragonewts and stuff so your ranged units have less distractions). If you have a necromancer or ranger, you can deploy a skeleton or trap on top of the demon lord to force him into a melee attack so your healers have time to catch up. I know people have completed that map with CCed silver units, though I think the one I saw a long time ago used Vampire Killer Khuri and Captain Velotte (Velotte is a unique silver unit that can only be obtained from event drops or as a completion reward, she has a high dps with her barrage shot skill).

That's a good idea actually... it's pretty much absolute that I'm not getting a unit to tank it anytime soon anyway. Guess I'll try it again soon enough with Chloe as a lightning rod and piling a bunch of dps ranged units on it to see how far I get. Some melee support units would probably help as well.

It's a base of 2%; however the last several updates kept changing it around.

Originally, it was a hard 2%, so an enemy with a 2x multiplier is still 2%, but that meant boss monsters with a 0.1x multiplier were still 2%, so Bella and Chloris were the best characters for cheesing difficult opponents. However, they changed it so they're affected by the multiplier at some point.

The last several updates had them go back to the old hard percentage rule, and the latest update changed it so they're back to being affected by multipliers but have a bugged 0% chance of instantly defeating a boss monster with a 0.1x multiplier or lower (e.g. 0.001x).

Awaken Krile anyway! Feng Shui users are really useful, especially for reducing the effectiveness of environment and weather effects. Poison swamp damage doing 6 per tick instead of 20 per tick can let you deploy other units first before finally deploying a healer. I used to deploy 2 healers for the Monday 80/3 daily mission, but now I only need to use Mia because the archer can take care of the ropers without dying by the time the mission ends.

One thing I used to overlook about Feng Shui users was how it interacted with some environmental effects. Desert maps that reduced a unit's HP on deployment is less effective after a Feng Shui user is deployed. If a desert map makes you lose 80% HP on deployment, then Krile and units deployed after her will only lose 24% HP instead. Not convinced?

Being able to heal 3 units after awakening is so good as well. Some missions are trivialized by having a Feng Shui user and it reduces the burden for your primary healers. I don't have to worry about my primary healers healing another unit because the Feng Shui user will take care of the continuous damage while the healer can focus on the tank, who should be taking the most damage. Area damage can also become a joke because primary healers would have to rotate heals when a Feng Shui will take care of it easily.

When I got Mia, I immediately threw aside the plans I had at the time and instantly put her on top priority because of how much she can do for my team. She was showered with gifts the moment I got her, and rightfully so. Other units that I would do the same for is Kikyou and Uzume, if I ever get either of them.

Stray seems kinda weak... He shoots slower his atk is less them Claire and his ability doesn't last that long unless you upgrade it...

My 1st though always he will become fodder for aw... Or.... he only worth is men only map (wednesday daily), which i never even bother doing it.

I remember i found this music vdeo about Strey.... but well someone gotta need to translate the lyric.... from the video itself he looks too pitiful.....
