English SSG file for Sengoku Rance

For the cheaters here who use SpoilerAl I recently translated the Japanese SSG file into english. So I figured I'd release it onto the internet for others to make use of. Just extract the files into the SSG folder of SpoilerAl.

SSG is a file type used by the cheating application SpoilerAI. You need the SSG for a specific version of a specific game before you can cheat in the game using SpoilerAI. Basically, it's cheatengine for dummies. Real easy to use, assuming you can find the relevant .ssg files first.

every time i try and enter a value, it tells me "SpoilerAL - Not Defined Error!"

any one know why it does that? im trying to set my action fan to 4

edit: also, where and how does it save? to my current save or new game? will i need to apply this save somehow?

It's a memory hack, similar to Cheat Engine, so you need to have sengoku rance actually running in the background in order to use it.

So i am on my first play-through and i am on turn 81(i took my time)
and the demon army captured uesegi while i was so close of capturing their captain kenshin, is it over for her or should i load a really old save? cause i really liked what was going on.

The demon army invades at a set pace (I don't know which turn it starts on, but they take over a territory every 10 turns). If you want to capture the Uesagi territory and Kenshin along with it, you need to go back a few days, so load a save in the 70's (timewise) and try and capture it before turn 80. Mind you, the demon army will just end up taking over another country.

It's never really "over" unless your in the demon king route or the You loose Owari. But Since it's your first playthrough, Kenshin will most likely be your BEST commander (since you probability spear-headed Takeda before their commanders started ass raping with their 4 attack/turn). I recommend reloading back and getting Kenshin. You can only get her after you completely take over Uesegi and click an event after conquering them.

There is a way to get all the best commanders of all warlords. (Hara, "the pink heart" and the "monks" have no real good commanders.) I recommend the wiki if you want to know the best commanders.

The furthermore, Kenshin is probably going to the your highest level commander (unless you get Uruza) who can use the Ryuu .... *something* sword during commander battles. (It's the +100 attack sword.) So it would help a lot if your were aiming to beat Orochi or Gangan.

If all those reasons are insufficient, she's really frigging cute! Even though you only get 1 H-scene with her in non-kenshin routes, she's really cute. [Case Closed].

Thanks for the fast answer!
If they take a house every 10 turns then i cant capture all the houses..maybe i will reload my save which is kinda old (turn 41-temple fight) and attack all the houses faster.

I feel the same damn it but my save is old... btw rance already rapes hard with all 9s and 1400 unit size and 5 actions, so i dont think she can be better.

The demon army's 4 brothers + 1 amazon will have > 3k at least when they first attack you. You better have at least 3 > 1.5k footsoldier armies to defend against the 2x musket shooting brother, an all 8's warrior, and the amazon with commander charge.

Rather than her strength in battle, I think Kenshin's biggest asset (or third, if you ignore the two on her chest :p) is her ability to remove one turn from every enemy. It's not that useful against enemies with 5 or 6 potential turns, but against those with 1 or 2, especially the support types, it's quite a useful passive ability.

Thats exactly what i was thinking..i already have a really strong squad with high stats 7+ and 1k+ units and i just wanted her for her story(boobs) and her passive..

I did defend against their 5 unit attack losing only 2 rounds(didnt fight against the musket dude and the amazon) cause i didnt have enough units.

That skill is most useful against The Musketeers.

The most broken Character in army battles (hands down) is Omachi. The nine-tailed fox. Large lightning takes 2 shurikens to disarm and almost guarantees to clean the enemy's field.

After i continued my unfortunate play-through i noticed that the demon army captures a new clan EVERY turn!! so i lost both uesegi,takeda and houjou in 3 turns.
At least they didnt attack the asai-asakura and one eye.
This will definitely need a 2nd play-through.

You can only get Takeda Heroes other than their tactical on 2nd games. Their Calvary are pretty OP.

After finishing most of the routes i have to say that this is one of the best games ever!!(along with monster quest)
Nice story, extremely funny and h-events on top of that! More people should play this even if they dont like hentai.
