Hard to tell without the exact error message, but maybe there's a problem with the name of the folder where the game is, which case you get the "file corrupted, run a virus check and try again" message.

Like I said, that usually happens due to a problem with the name of the folder where the game is. Rename it to something else, for example if your system is in English locale rename the folder to something entirely in English, with no Japanese symbols.

ok that worked i had to rename both folders but yep that worked thanx alot

i think this game is bugged, in the second quest even after cleaning the garden from the leaves i still can't go on

If I recall correctly, 1 of the leaves is placed pretty obscurely but still slightly visible make an effort to check for a missed pile in the tiles above trees/buildings/etc.
