For the kids south of the library, talk to the librarians and they will ask you to find a porn book. Go to the kids once and then come back the next day. They will talk about hiding the book in the library on the top right side. Find the book and go back to the librarians. Afterwards, if you have 20 nasty degree points, you get an event and then you get more events later.

maybe u miss item in ruin castle 2F bookshelf or forget talk to fortune-teller

There's some sort of ranger girl on the way to the path of where the kids used to be. I believe she's scouting the area for recent perverted events lol, but I'm not sure if that is in fact it. Anyway, is she the reason why the kids aren't there anymore? If so is there a way to get them back? Do you need to get that ranger girl out of there?

possibly is : B1 click hole but cant pass > item shop get pickaxe for hole > forest area > NW to ruin castle > church get key to graveyard > ruin castle B1 hidden road > 2F click bookshelf

maybe time or event problem? sleep few times or go deep dungeon?

there were 3 of them, but all 3 of em were down for me.

Doesn't matter, I have the game now though :)
