it is a magnet link for a torrent, any torrent client should be able to open that link
High amount of people downloading, small amount of people seeding. It will increase in speed as more people complete their download and begin seeding
I was wondering the same thing.
it is when they don't use a seedbox. but it's just one guy uploading about 4 megs at a time. be patient or y'know, just buy it.
I wanted to be sure that the "problem" wasn't from my PC. Thanks to him anyway !
I'll seed it while playing so you guys can download it, though that being said I'm still at 30%

looks like you have to set your system locals to japanese. You could also try to give the folder a "normal" name.
